My friend and I went here in 2024 for a walk-in and we unfortunately got Sean (or Shawn idk). He was kinda intimidating and even though I wanted a small heart on my hip, every "revision" seemed like he wasn't trying. I regret tipping him. I went first and he gave me my first tattoo, which I've been regretting for the past 2 years and cry over it almost every time I see it. His line work SUCKS and it's uneven. I have a picture of it right after I got it and when I saw the picture, I almost started crying and I immediately regretting it. We went to White Lotus to get a second ear piercing for my 12 year old daughter. Eddie could tell she was nervous and took such great care of her. He made sure to mark the spot she wanted the new piercing and talked her through the whole process. After the first one she said, "Why was I nervous? Been to this location countless amount of times. whether it was for piercings or tattoo. It's located in Laguna Hills near the back of the shopping plaza. It's a shopping center so there's plenty of available parking. When you walk in there's the front desk, a large bench with a coffee table, and the jewelry display case. The walls are colorful and covered in all of their past tattoos. I've gotten almost all of my piercings done here by two of the talented pierces. Both were really cool guys to talk to. A couple times they've given me a discount on some of the jewelry. When the piercer isn't there, the tattoo artist have no access to piercings. For tattoos I've had two of the many talented artist that work here. Jason was the the artist that did my first three tattoos. Those being my two tarot cards and the floral wrap around. I'm so happy my first tattoo experience was great! Jason is super talented and really great at what he does! Jason is the artist I suggest to all my friends when they want to get work done. I definitely plan on getting more work done by him. My other two tattoos I got from Cameron. I went to him wanting a black heart with flowers inside. He told me he could easily do that so he went and sketched out the tattoo. He came back to me with a blank heart and detailed flowers. He said he wanted to make the flowers dark and by doing that, he can't make the heart black. The first tattoo he sketched for me showed me how talented he is. He wanted to be sure I wanted to get a large black heart tattoo in a visible spot. It was nice that he wanted to make sure I was 100% positive. I wanted it so he got to work tattooing my black heart. He was super personal and made the experience very enjoyable. The tattoo turned out amazing. To this day, that's the tattoo I get the most complements on. Cameron also tattooed my first color piece on my leg. It was more of a spontaneous tattoo that I forget I have sometimes. I got a rollerblading daisy that's smoking a joint and drinking a beer on my lower leg. It's a great tattoo that never fails to make me smile. My vision is to have classy pieces towards the top of my body and fun and funky pieces on my legs. All the experiences that I've had here at White Lotus has exceeded my expectations. Plan on getting a new tattoo and I know exactly where I'm going to go to get it. read more

Wonderful experience here at the White Lotus! It was quite the spontaneous decision to get a tattoo with a couple of my coworkers. We called ahead of time to learn that they do ask for a $40 deposit. The three of us were helped my Cameron who was so sweet and so creative. All i did was go in wanting a momma fish and a baby fish (koi) and gave him artistic freedom. He beautiful designed my tattoo in very little time as well as was patient with myself and another gals decisions on what we wanted. My daughter was a little anxious with getting her second piercing redone after going to Claire's years ago. Friendly staff and fast service, glad my sister recommended me this place! I've gotten my helix pierced at this location, but tattoo for the fist time. I did a walk in Wednesday afternoon and Jonty took me in to do a cat and zodiac tattoo in my upper arm. The whole process took around an hour, Jonty was very helpful with recommending the sizing/shading of my design. Defiantly a plus if you bring a sheet with pictures of the tattoo design, makes the process go faster and easier for artist to outline the tattoo. Price is reasonable, $150 for a 5 inch sized tattoo. I am so grateful to Osh and White Lotus Tattoo! A few months ago, I got a very meaningful matching tattoo with my sister in Florida. The tattoo was a dainty half-butterfly on each of our pointer fingers that joined when we put our hands together. The artist in Florida warned us that finger tattoos don't last very long, which we understood, but I have a tattoo on another finger that has not had to be touched up since I got it 11 years ago so I was ok with knowing it would be there and then fade at some point years down the line. Fast forward 7 DAYS and the tattoo was GONE. Literally, non-existent. Same thing with my sister's tattoo. We should have known since there was literally zero pain while the artist was tattooing us, but I digress. After my sister had to go to multiple tattoo shops in Chicago (where she lives) before someone would finally agree to fix hers, I was super nervous walking into White Lotus to ask for help. I came in and begged for help and the girl at the front of the shop assured me right away that someone could help me (instant relief!), but shared the same concerns regarding the finger tattoo fading. Again, I understood, but knew we could do better than a 7-day temporary tattoo and she agreed. She spoke to Osh who came over and agreed to help me out. Using what was barely left of my tattoo, and a photo of what it looked like at first, Osh freehand drew it exactly as it was supposed to look and got to work. Immediately, the pain was 10x what it was when the artist in Florida did the original tattoo (hurt so good!), so I had high hopes that it would stick. Once he finished, Osh went through all of the aftercare information with me, and gave me all of his info in case I needed a touch-up. He was beyond helpful and I could not have been happier with the experience. Here I am 6 weeks later and my tattoo is fully healed and looks just as good as it did when I left White Lotus. It's perfect. No touch-up needed, it healed perfectly, and to say I am grateful is an understatement. Thank you Osh and White Lotus Tattoo!!!! Ps. I've also gotten multiple piercings here (nose, a few cartilage) and they've all healed wonderfully and the experiences were really, really positive too! :-) read more

I walked into White Lotus and made an appointment with Osh the following day for a tattoo. I gave him a sketch of what I was interested in and he quoted a price. Deposit in cash for the appointment, which goes towards the tattoo; pay the balance after the work is done. I asked for a lotus + unalome combo for my wrist. The design is simple, clean, and is personally meaningful. I had just gotten back from a trip to Vietnam. The lotus is the official flower of Vietnam. The unalome is a visual symbol of reaching enlightenment in both the Buddhist and Hindu religions, which differs from person to person. It just happens to be a coincidence that I chose White Lotus as the place to get my lotus tattoo, but fitting in the grand scheme of things. I arrived early for my appointment and Osh was just cleaning up after his previous appointment. I only had a wait a few minutes for him to prep the area. Once he was ready, I signed some waivers and supplied my ID so he could make a copy. He showed me his final sketch and I told him I preferred pointed edges at the bottom. He made the changes and had me test out placement on my wrist. Once it was settled, he got to work. We made small talk while he worked and talked about food, of all things. I gave him some recommendations on which ramen places I liked in OC. He was done in about 30 minutes since my tattoo was pretty simple. They have an ATM you can use if you need to pull out cash.
