It makes working out fun and comfortable. All I can say is wow!!! Wish I had joined sooner. The locker rooms are clean and give off a relaxing feel. The fellow members are inspiring, the personal trainers are AWESOME! They give great feed back and words of encouragement. There is a different type of positive energy when walking into this gym. You will definitely get the most out of your workout coming here. Overall, it is a life changing gym experience and I recommend it highly to all my fiends and family. I didn't exactly make it to the pros, but if your son or daughter aspires to do so it's a great place to start a solid base for the worlds most popular game. After being a Member for 6 years now, the General…read moreManager, in conjunction with the Lifetime Customer Relations employee, decided to have my Membership suspended for calling her out on how she does not enforce ALL the policies at this location! She is allowed to pick and choose which policy she enforces. When it comes to having kids hangout in the lifting areas or in bathrooms it's a total free for all. There are plenty of signs up that clearly state no gym bags in the lifting area but yet every other person you see has a bag on them. It literally feels like a High School upstairs with all the backpacks. And when I complained, she told me she is doing her best, and whenever I see the bags up there to tell her. When I did that, I was told I was trying too hard! Then they suspended my Membership because they do not want to have to enforce ALL of their own policies. There is literally only one entrance/exit and once you go upstairs you have to go back down in order to leave. Think about what people can bring in a big old duffle bag when no one is truly enforcing the bag policy. It's scary to even think about how unprofessional this club has been managed and the liabilities they have in front of them. The suspension of my Membership for asking them to enforce their own policies is discrimination. They are trying to silence Members instead of actually making change.

I signed my son up for 6 week baseball camp. During the camp, he participated in a clinic where the…read moreboys were hit a ball, they fielded the ball and then threw it at a net. The coach decided to have my son stand in the net and catch the ball as each of the boys fielded it and threw as hard as they could. Of course, he missed one and it hit him in the Eye. It cut him above the eye. He left the field bleeding and with broken glasses. The coach never came to check on him. We had to find someone to get a first aid kit to assist us. I was denied a refund. Protect your children. Do not take them to this facility. BTW. The coach never called to ask how he was. ​​

I really like this gym a lot. I love the indoor track and there are always open machines and…read moreweights. Here are my issues. I feel it's expensive and I wish they were open 24/7. I work late a lot and by the time I'm done the place is closed. For the price, I feel they should be open late or all the time. Another issue I have is that they don't provide towels. Even $10 a month gyms provide towels to use. My membership is up and I'm thinking of renewing but at this point I doubt that I will. Besides being expensive and not open late enough, I was yelled at by an entitled elderly patron because I was using a machine that she wanted and I was "taking too long". She stared me down while I was doing my set and when I took my 10 - 20 sec break in between she kept harassing me telling me that "people don't take breaks" and that I needed to get off the machine. I told her to leave me alone and she started to curse at me. I informed the staff twice about her but nothing to my knowledge was ever done about it. I don't feel comfortable going here anymore knowing that other people can harass you but the staff just lets it happen. It's a shame because the place is pretty nice to work out at otherwise.

So I called the complex befote coming to let them know I have a service dog for me and they said…read morethat was perfectly fine. I got here and some guy manager was giving me a hard time. I said it's for MY MEDICAL NEEDS! He was asking me all kinds of questions like "when did your son's team play yesterday? What time were you here yesterday" (which has nothing to do with me having my service dog with me). By law I don't have to tell anyone my medical history as to why I have a service dog. Long story with that, he let me in. I came today for my sons last game, I had my hands full and pulling a wagon so I had my daughter hold my dogs leash. He stopped me and said I have to hold his leash. I said "you see my hands are full and my daughter is walking RIGHT NEXT TO ME. Then proceeds to say, we have rules and regulations for PEOPLE LIKE YOU! My adrenaline was rushing at this point! Such a horrible experience at this facility because they made me feel like I'm different and not normal because of my medical needs. Not only that but I was embarrassed! So disrespectful! I have never had an experience like this ever! Horrible management and the way they handled things!

The Pickler Mount Prospect is absolutely in my top three in the whole United States even as a new facility absolutely great facility , Great staff!! And clean like pristine!! The player level is mix of new Pickleball players and high-level!! I recommend this spot and DEFINITELY become a member. The Pickler is the best franchise in the nation!!
