It makes working out fun and comfortable. All I can say is wow!!! Wish I had joined sooner. The locker rooms are clean and give off a relaxing feel. The fellow members are inspiring, the personal trainers are AWESOME! They give great feed back and words of encouragement. There is a different type of positive energy when walking into this gym. You will definitely get the most out of your workout coming here. Overall, it is a life changing gym experience and I recommend it highly to all my fiends and family. Thank you so much to the staff at CSF for being very friendly and helpful to me and other members. It does not go unnoticed. Stop on by and get a tour here, you never know.. you might LOVE IT!

I didn't exactly make it to the pros, but if your son or daughter aspires to do so it's a great place to start a solid base for the worlds most popular game. The coach decided to have my son stand in the net and catch the ball as each of the boys fielded it and threw as hard as they could. Of course, he missed one and it hit him in the Eye. It cut him above the eye. He left the field bleeding and with broken glasses. The coach never came to check on him. We had to find someone to get a first aid kit to assist us. I was denied a refund. Protect your children. Do not take them to this facility. BTW. The coach never called to ask how he was. ​​

I've been here a few times for my son's swim meets. My review is of their pool and related…read moreamenities. We've enjoyed each trip here, which is an hour away for us. The pool is large and accommodates upwards of a dozen swim teams at one time. The area gets pretty loud, and in our experience, very crowded due to the limited seating area for a larger event. They do have a small area where you can bring your own folded chair and watch, instead of the bleachers. Just know that people can and will stand in front of you at times to watch their son swim. All in all, we have enjoyed coming here. They have a small coffee/bakery in the lobby that comes in handy. Washrooms are easily accessible adjacent to the pool.
