They've done maintenance, winterization, interior cleaning, exterior buffing, upholstery repair, instrument repair (including cruise control) and i have been AMAZED at the pricing and turn around time. One time, my truck was in the shop, and Skip himself drove the boat over to my house so I could have it for a holiday weekend. I have found this operation to go above and beyond in every particular case, and I feel that a fair price is always charged. I would not hesitate to take any boat you've got over here, they got some serious expertise and will get you straightened right out. While I know they didn't intentionally mislead me, it's at minimum a huge bummer and at worst wildly unprofessional to give such incorrect information over and over. Perfect for my elderly family members birthday. Imagine my surprise when a large group of intoxicated people showed up and ruined the entire experience for everyone on board. They continued to drink throughout the tour making it even more intolerable. At one point two of the drunk men stumbled over to where I was sitting for a "better view." They got so close that I was pinned against the boat and one of their friends had to intervene. The captain however, did not intervene. I observed him being tipped by this group which gave him incentive to turn a blind eye to their behavior. I wanted to address all of this at the time but did not want to make a scene in front of my family. Furthermore, I would've had to complain to the captain right in front of the drunk people which would leave me open to retaliation. I did reach out to the company the next day via email and outlined everything that took place. I received an email back a few days later from the captain denying that anything happened. No apology, no compensation of any kind. He had total disregard for the safety of everyone else on board who had their experience ruined. One last note to put things in perspective. I work at a night club. I deal with intoxicated people all the time and have a high tolerance. This behavior was unacceptable and unreasonable, especially since all of their advertising leads you to believe this will be a peaceful experience.

However, this is a dealership and there is a level of markup associated with their labor and parts...it's how they make money. Still, my experience was positive. I've been waiting for my boat since last summer. Raj, my salesman, has been great. The rest of the staff are positive and enjoyable folks through my interactions...I enjoy when they poke fun at Raj (sorry Raj haha). I noticed issues from the factory, they took care of the critical stuff and will take care of the rest when I bring the boat back in. It was easy, and they were attentive to my concerns and friendly. Good service overall, with some issues 2 years of the 13. But, those were well handled. NOT this year, as I requested my boat mid-May with down payment as I usually do. They could not perform until after memorial day! I have heated storage and pay for full service of my boat every year. But being a long term well paying customer is now ignored. When my boat was not ready at Memorial day weekend, I then asked for a short delay for delivery (service could continue). They did nothing to ready my boat. I am now waiting another 1.5+ weeks, hopefully to get the boat. New ownership is not able to keep up with heated storage and full service. I would buy a boat somewhere else if you are expecting loyalty in service.
