I had never had any issues other that the power tilt not working, which he was supposed to repair. Bottom line, find somewhere else to take your boat for repairs, this place does not stand behind it's work. I brought it home and put it in my garage as I was going to be traveling. I went to use it yesterday and the rear tire was completely flat. I tried to pump it up but the air was seeping out. I brought it back up to Buchika's today and the service guy put a new inner tube in and gave me the package from it with $10 marked on it. I went to the register and told the person there what had happened and they proceeded to ring up the register for a $17 charge. I asked him why I would have to pay for something that was obviously defective as I hadn't even put my ass on the bike seat yet. He proceeded to tell me that if you leave a bike sitting too long the tires will get flat. I reiterated that is was less that a month since I bought it. He was not interested in discussing it at all. Needless to say I am very dissapointed in the customer service and will not be recommending anyone buy from Buchika's.

I have filed a small claims case with Martin Family Ranch LLC as David Martin claims he isnt responsible for not refunding my money. My husband was hospitalized for a week in August 2025. and upon leaving the hospital there was no way he was going to be able to ride a horse. When I tried rebooking in February 2026 for this summer, the ranch was fully booked. Wouldn't a smart business try to work with someone's money they have already taken for a year. The big red flag was when his wife Jessica posted they were selling Martin's Ranch. It all smells funny, and if you look up their business ID in New Hampshire, the company is not in good standing. I would be very weary of any of these great reviews as they were four years old.

My husband payed our mortgage first. So the payment for camp would of been a few days late. At around 9 on saturday evening the guy (i will not say his name) came to my husband around 9 and said trailer needs to be pulled off the site. My husband tried sunday to reason with them and for our family to go home till it could be paid on friday. We where told it is unacceptable. We owed for the month there where campers there that owed way more than we did but its not the point is how can you tell a family at 9pm you have to pull your trailer and pack up and leave. So we pulled the trailer. There was not much for children to do anyways. There pond you can swim in has leaches. Our older son came out with one on his ankle. Your not allowed to have four wheelers unless you work there or are apart of there circle. We have since removed our trailer and it is at a new campground that is fantastic. So much more for our family. We swam in the lake last weekend and the best part came out with no leaches. Good luck to anyone who goes to 3 ponds cause if you have not been there for many years the staff and the campers (who have been there many years) put your nose up at you and treat you as they are better.
