The worst & I mean the absolute worst Customer Service . I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone & I will never do business with them again . Plenty of other honest businesses out there who value customers & will appreciate them . The employees I dealt with didn't want to be bothered with nothing , quick to point the blame finger at me, they were right and I was wrong kind of thing , technician cut the part out he took out of furnace in pieces before leaving my house ( why , idk ) but it kinda of questions the motive , did not ask if I wanted this & that done , didn't have the part and was gone a long time to get new part . In the end I paid for a job that took literally 10 minutes to do but was stretched out for over 2 hours just to collect $ from an innocent individual. I was told one thing about my fee for a service and was charged a totally different fee. No Charge Receipt was given to me nor was I told what was being processed on my debit card at the time of Service . And when I called to question the transaction after discovering it on my bank account , management was quick to blame me and directly said I misunderstood things and that everything looks good from their end . Unreal . NO INVOICE either @ the time of Service on 11/22/23. It wasn't until I called and questioned the unauthorized charge that an invoice was attached to an email management sent me telling me how I misunderstood and everything looks good from their end . But the technician had a 8x10 pad on him and had plenty of room to write dollar charge and what was done at my house . The moral message here is for customers not to be trustworthy of businesses & don't be afraid to advocate for yourselves . People will take advantage of you . I learned the hard way by this experience and never again will I trust this company nor do business with them and above all , I wouldn't recommend them to anyone . Bought a brand new furnace three years ago. Broke last March. Was told because I didn't pay for a gold plan that I wasn't a priority to get my heat fixed. Finally got someone out to fix the NEW furance after a day of arguing and contacting corporate. This fall I had them come out and inspect and clean the furnace and paid $576 for the gold plan. this morning woke up with no heat. Called for my gold 24/7 service and was told by their answering service that the branch manager, Eric, said to not take more calls REGARDLESS if someone had paid for the service or not. I asked to speak with him and his only help was to say sorry and they were busy. I asked when someone would come and he said he didn't know and that he'd call me back when he got to the office in 3-4 hours. The storm was forecasted and should be staffed for not to mention the branch manger might want to consider going to work early. AND a brand new furnace that was just inspected probably shouldnt repeatedly break. stand behind your product. read more

Needed a part for my heater so my family will have heat this weekend. I knew exactly which part I needed. I asked if they could check if they had the part in stock. I was told the technician would need to come out and determine the problem. I know the part and the number that I need. I just wanted to know if they had it in stock so the technician will come out with the part. You would think it would be easy, but I was told they needed to come out first and determine the problem. I know the problem, the part is right in front of me. I didn't mind paying the service fee or any additional costs, but I needed to know if they had it in stock. What good is it to pay the $90.00 service fee if they can't get the part until Monday. So frustrating. read more

Used this company for a few years now they started out really well I purchased a furnace two years ago that quit this past weekend, I was told it would be a week before anybody could come to my house I was told I should go to Walmart and buy some electric heaters or go find somewhere else to stay. After spending 6K on a furnace and it being so new I thought that kind of treatment was awful , second complaint I have a second residence with There Gold Care maintenance plan, I called in for my yearly maintenance and was told it would be four months before an appointment was available. which will be after winter season is over, unacceptable... everything was blamed on something if you're going to take on the responsibility of peoples home heating systems they need to do a better job then as of recent read more

At 1800 we called for an emergency call out. We talked to a very nice lady who said the technician didn't have anyone ahead of us and could come right out. I explained my small children were in the house and we needed heat. At 2030, I called for an update since no one showed up. I got the answering service. They said the tech had some trouble and was on his way. She said he wasn't far away, but would call 15 minutes before arrival. Within minutes I got a call from the technician. He said he was at least an hour or so away... And still hadn't left home! We disagreed a bit and he hung up on me, calling the office to say I was upset. So the nice lady called back, she said he was on the way and asked if I still wanted him to come. I asked where exactly he was, and she wouldn't answer me. I will find another, reliable agency. If they can't be honest, why would I let them in my home to work on my furnace. You should also find another reliable agency. read more

I can't help but wonder about that one star review posted here. I have been with Isaac for over 10 years. They service my boiler, a propane fireplace insert, and my hot water heaters (one regular, one tankless). They are always EXCEPTIONAL with their scheduling and arrival time. They are also extremely thorough with their maintenance. I would highly recommend this company for any and all of your home heating and A/C needs.
