This week we had Janet and Sandy as the team and they did a wonderful job including in my daughter's room, which is always a challenge (baby dolls everywhere...so many baby dolls). The ladies were thorough and efficient. We regularly use this service in our three bedroom home that has two adults, one child, and three cats and they leave the home tidy and refreshed. Also- This is NOT a criticism as accidents happen but the handling deserves praise: several months ago with a different team, a cable in my husbands office was accidentally damaged during cleaning and the service was quick in their response remedy the error and it was handled professionally and quickly. Again, accidents happen, but the response was so professional and appreciated and we have never had an issue since. Would absolutely recommend! Especially if you have pets or kids :)

The worst part is, I called Rob (the owner) and he wouldn't give a fair credit...even after I showed him pictures. I was showing the condo so I cleaned up the areas that weren't cleaned. All he had to do was give a fair credit (whatever he thought was appropriate) and he wouldn't do it. I would highly recommend not using their services.

They refused saying that the main office had not told them about the request. - We requested them to use the grout cleaner and they sprayed it on the floor but didn't bother to wait the few minutes or scrub afterwards -- simply wiped with water. - We requested them to sweep the rug below the kitchen table but they said they did it already -- there were still crumbs under the table. The living room wood surfaces were left dusty. - The master bathroom did not seem to have been cleaned fully -- the shower fixtures seemed to be untouched -- I had to clean the surface of the drawers in the bathroom because there were smudges on the surface -- the bathroom didn't even smell of cleaning agents like last time - they damaged the furniture in one of the bedrooms -- scraping off polish and paint - the 1st floor bathroom had streaks of liquid soap on the marble surface -- just as I had seen it in the morning before I left for work. After having a phone consult with Patrick we decided to move forward and book their services. Patrick explained all details of their post-construction package which put our minds at ease, he was also very knowledgeable and patient with all questions that we had. The appointment was for 4pm. Two dolls stumble in reaking of cigarettes ONE HOUR late. Mind you, we called multiple times from 4-5pm to ask where the dolls were and kept getting that they were on their way. Finally, after our last call, we were told that they went to Somerset instead of Summit. Yikes. They dont say hello when they walk in and the only one who could speak English was on the phone speaking Russian as she traipsed around my house without even acknowledging me. She looked like she hadnt showered in days. When she got off the phone I said, "welcome." I started showing her around explaining the areas we wanted her to focus on. My husband and I then left for about an hour to give them their space. We return after and hour and a half to them pretty much finishing up. I noticed that the floors are still dusty and nothing seems disturbed by a mop or even a paper towel. Hmmm, leaving so soon? As I walk upstairs I see one of the women using our swiffer and swiffer refills. Wait a minute, $95 for a cleaning and you are using OUR paper towels, windex, Clorox wipes, and rags. I confronted the doll who spoke English who said, "oh yeah we have a mop, but it's in the car and it's frozen. WHAT? You are a "cleaning doll" and you dont have a MOP?! If I knew she was going to swiffer I would have saved myself the money. I swiffer when I am at my absolute laziest and want to just freshen up the floor. When the dolls were all "done" they asked my husband for $10 for the use of their supplies. We thought she was kidding or that we just didnt hear her. Not once did I witness her use her own supplies! We argued for a while and I will just say that it got pretty ugly, and she said she would call the cops if we didnt give her the $10. Obviously, we paid up. SO frustrating. This one star goes out to Living Social for completely reimbursing us.

I had to ask for the supervisor to be there for them to actually do a decent job and when they were there they broke a 53 year old ceramic music box, tried to hide it and then when I contacted them on a Saturday- they said they don't work Saturdays. Did they ever respond on Sunday? No. Did they ever apologize? No. Did they try to pay for the damage ? No. They just ghosted me. They broke my daughter's shower door- pulling it off the hinges. They also broke an old oil lamp dating back to the 1800's. They also seemed shocked when I said I can speak some Spanish (I understand way more), and my daughter consistently told me that they were saying bad things about us... all in all--HORRIBLE. I am sorry I said anything nice about them before. Not only are they terrible cleaners - they're terrible humans.
