OK so I took a day off work and headed here with the wife and my 2 young kids for part of our "Family Day". My wife had heard they had a two hour session for young kids (my kids ages are 6 and 3) that lets them skate for an hour and a half and play on some of the games for 30 minutes. First, for the value ($6/kid with no charge for adults) its hard to argue for a better value. There were maybe 20 kids there throughout the event in total. The kids had a wonderful time learning to skate. They provide some "bars" that the kids hold onto while skating. Parents can also get skates (for free) to skate as well or are welcome to bring strollers onto the ring / walk along side their kids as they skate. The "hosts" do a good job of playing some kids games as well and even give out some little prizes that the kids love. Afterwards, supposedly, the kids usually play on the climbing nets. This day however this was not done as I suspect either they thought it was too many kids for the nets or, since they were doing some Easter theme, maybe that took its place. All-in-all though was a good time. Only drawback was some of the skates that you can borrow are pretty worn down and in need of some attention. I am taking off a star for this in hopes they will eventually update it (though I am sure its not cheap). Looks like a great place too when open to the general public. They might even have roller hockey/soccer/volleyball leagues from what I can tell. They host birthday parties but I heard that gets busy so unless you go for the "Ultimate Rental" package that gives only your party access, I can see it being very busy and congested for a normal party. Went for a family fun night. Kids had a blast. Just a few complaints. The place was rather dirty. The place could use an overall cleaning. My sons socks and his gray shorts were covered in dirt from crawling around in the jungle gym. We also put $20 into the token machine for games but had we had known a majority of the games were broken we would not have spent the money. We had a tough time using all the tokens. The price per game was great however so many games were broken. The ones that weren't were not even giving our tickets. The selection of toys at ticket counter were very slim and random. Not a good selection at all. There wasn't even candy for the kids to choose. Would love to see some cleaning and improvement to the arcade area. Hopefully we can go back in the future with a better experience. read more

I came here for a birthday party and really enjoyed myself. I'm not sure if I would come back as I prefer to skate only and there are many other activities here. However, overall I enjoyed my visit. read more

Avoid "organized sports" at this location. Awful experience!! Teams are not evenly dispersed and as a result it is difficult for children to receive any meaningful instruction. We never had more than 4 children while every other team had at least twice that amount. A perfect storm of poor team assembly and individuals who don't know what it means to participate as part of a team. read more

We had my son's birthday party here and I would not have another party here. The nerf war party started 15 minutes late because we were waiting for another party to finish up. The kids were getting restless waititng. Our party host left a lot to be desired. I had to do most of the work and did not get to enjoy the party at all. I cut the cake, cleared the tables etc. Not sure what we were paying the host for as I did all the work. We had the party with unlimited drinks in the party room and the drinks were never refilled. We had to ask multiple times and the guests were all thirsty and complaining. I do not recommend a birthday party here. It is a fun place for a day out but very unorganized for a party. read more

XL Sports World is trash. My brother had a birthday party there and it was not valid. My mom paid for the fun zone, the inflatables, the arcade, and the nerf turf fight. The arcade games are 3 or 4 tokens and they only give the kids 10 tokens. What the heck are they supposed to do with 10 tokens? Then for the nerf battle some of the guns weren't shooting, and they made us put on stinky masks that were not cleaned after kids used them a minute ago. That could cause diseases. They did not know how to plan. They switched up the times for the party numerous times. Finally, she paid for everyone to be able to go in the fun zone yet I couldn´t go in because of age. I am a petite girl. It's not like I would damage anything in there. Overall it was not good hosting. read more

I have been sending my daughter there for about 3 summers. My daughter loves it. She loves sports and ISC is the place to be It is clean and affordable. The counselors are super nice and are always watching the kids. They make sure that everything is going smoothly and the kids are having fun. If your kid wants to have fun or you need to send your kids somewhere over the summer. The ISC is where you should send your kid too. read more

I used to enjoy the Friday night skates, but after tonight, not sure I will come back. The situation with the young adults was awful. It seems that parents just dump their kids off and leave. There are swarms of kids running around unattended yelling and screaming. It is probably the worst experience Ive had here. read more

My great-niece attended this "organized chaos" and will never attend again. The director is the one who called it organized chaos, in which doesn't make sense. She was hurt physically multiple times and stolen from more than twice. So if you want to just throw your money away to send your child to a do what you want camp have at it. Terrible customer service!!! Made my sister in law pay for her 3 month old! A 3 month old really?!?! And then they wouldn't let her feed him a bottle in the tykes room of all places!! So strict -way too many rules that were beyond ridiculous! Then her older son tries to go in the climbing structure and they wouldn't let him although she paid full price for him (and her three month iold who can't do anything). At the front desk the manager was so rude and wouldn't even work with her because she couldn't find her receipt! We had already been there for two hours at this point! Paid full price yet they wouldn't let him in bc they have him the wrong bracelet. Fun time but ridiculous rules! read more

I have only had experience with the indoor soccer league. So that is what the review is about. To make a long story short the woman who ran the soccer league blatantly lied to our team multiple times. It was to a point that it was not fun at all for the team, so much that half the team stopped coming to play the games. When the owner was told about this a couple of times he never responded at all. Never called back or sent an email, text, a letter. Absolutely NOTHING!!!!!!!! I consider this unacceptable and cowardice. 100 percent bad experience. This all could have been avoided if this company had morals, honesty and integrity. Would HIGHLY recommend NOT going to international sports centers. Although our experience was only with the soccer end of it, a company that allows any aspect of it to be run in such an unscrupulous manner , cannot be credible or trustworthy as a whole. read more

Absolutely horrible management. My child was signed up for camp this summer and the manager was un-organized with the paperwork sent in months ahead of time. She also did not follow ISC"s own policy of behavior management and suspended my child at 5:30pm the night before the next day of camp. Claims were made on my child of in-appropriate behavior on a field trip, that by the way, no counselor or adult witnessed. The manager took the word of a 9-year and suspended my child with no warning or phone call discuss. They over charged my credit card and made statements in front of other employees that were unprofessional and inaccurate. I would never send my children back. read more
