    Broken treadmill #2
    Nat H.

Very poorly maintained cardio equipment. Constant broken and. In-repaired equipment. The entire place needs a bath. Repair & maintenance requests seem to fall on deaf ears.

Pretty good variety of equipment, although a bit dated. Clean and not too crowded at peak times.

I must have walked by this studio 30 times before I actually went and signed up for a class. I…read morecouldn't get over how large this place is. I have yet to run into a yoga studio in south Jersey that has this much space. The place is stunning...I know because it stunned me. The lobby is warm, welcoming, calm and inviting. There is a lot of seating and a living room area with water/tea/magazines/etc. There are men's and ladies locker rooms in the back with showers and everything you will need to 'reset' after your practice. Lots of studios offer mat storage, here you can hang them completely open and let them dry off. Seriously, this studio is huge. The hot room itself is again...huge, it is new, modern, fresh, beautiful. My first visit here, I couldn't get over how lovely this place is. The classes I have taken have been with Suzanne, she is the owner and is very sweet and welcoming. This studio specializes in Hatha yoga featuring Ghosh lineage. Suzanne took the time to tell me that this is Tony Sanchez yoga not Bikram Choudhury yoga. There are several classes offered, the core 26, the core 30 and the master core 40. I have only taken the core 26 because that is the most frequently offered class and all I could make work around my work schedule. So here is my humble opinion about the yoga. This to me looks like Bikram, call it whatever you like....it still looks like Bikram. The room is not as hot or as humid and the grips are different in some of the poses. Everything else..... Bikram. If you are a practicing Bikram yogi, you will find that you are doing the grips incorrectly here. Such a minor detail, but worth mentioning. This studio is new, the owner told me she has only been around for a few months at this point. I hope she gets more students and is able to keep this lovely space open. I have only taken a few classes here and have found some of the other students to be very discourteous to both the instructor as well as the other practitioners in the room. Enter the studio with the intent to practice, bring what you need with you - mat, towel, whatever. I have never seen so many people go in and out of a room during a practice in my life. Stepping out for a towel, then out for water, out for a potty break, out for more water, out because it is too hot, out for whatever other stupid reason. This is a 90 minute class, get your act together and stay in the room. All of this commotion and exiting changes the temperature in an already not that hot room. It is distracting and simply rude to the person leading the class. There is an etiquette in yoga, some ... not all ... of the people that practice here do not seem to care about that. Overall, this is a nice studio and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a hot practice but is intimidated by 105 degrees and 40% humidity of traditional Bikram.

You feel relaxed as soon as you walk in and the room is huge - a great space and probably one of the biggest if not the biggest in the area. I love HOT yoga, used to doing Bikram in 100+ degrees but like that she keeps the temperature a little lower, around 95 degrees. Might not seem much of a difference but it is. I also love the Vinyasa classes they just started with Justin. If you're not into hot yoga, they offer Yin classes. They have decent size changing rooms and showers which is a plus. If you are an avid yogi or brand new to yoga, I highly recommend checking out Bluedeer!

My practice has developed under his instruction and attention. He is a gifted teacher and I feel lucky to have found him. Marie's classes are also amazing! Her thoughtful sequencing, fun playlist, attention to alignment and cues and her sense of humor make for a fantastic and fun hot yoga class! The last few classes I've taken with Regan have been wonderful. Her attention to alignment is demonstrated in a way that is unique to any other teacher's I've experienced. She brings the asana to life from thoughtful instruction to a lovely flow that all gets tied together in a way that, by the end of savasana, I feel I've taken a beautiful journey. It's not often that I feel such a release of emotion as I did in today's class. I've also taken a few classes with Taylor, Brittany and Jeannie and WOW!. This studio is loaded with talented, caring teachers who bring 100% to each practice and I look forward to every single one. Marianne and Emily, at the front desk, are welcoming and helpful and set the tone for a very relaxed practice and each class ends with a cold towel to help me cool down. Thank you, Yoga Six Marlton, for bringing me back to my practice and getting me excited about yoga again!

I came to this place 2x & one of the staff approached me saying that I should buy passes since I kept coming. I spent around $300-400 on 20 passes that never had an expiration date. When this studio suddenly closed with no notice to loyal members, I was left with 19 passes. I've been trying to get in contact with the studio (in any location) for months & emailed the owner multiple times prior to taking my review public. I am now taking the charge up with my bank to investigate this business & dispute this charge. Absolutely, ridiculous! They don't even have the business etiquette to present as closed online...

Nothing against other forms but I LOVE THE HEAT and feel rejuvenated when leaving those classes. That said, unfortunately for me its a solid 60 minute commute each way to get to this studio so for the near future at least I'm going to make the journey 2-3 x a week. Studio is VERY CLEAN, amazing mens locker room with plenty of lockers (bring own lock) 3 showers and 1 toilet. Had Mori on my first class and she was GREAT. After a few year hiatus it's gonna take a bit to get back to where I was but it is what it is. Plenty of parking, and A TON of shopping in the immediate area, studio is on the 2nd floor!!!!

The studio was clean & the hot yoga was HOT which is all I look for! Keep in mind, every studio practices differently. I was treated with open arms and kindness. The studio is very clean and they have strict but reasonable rules that patrons follow (see their website). I highly recommend a heavy towel, water and a mat. There is 1 bathroom and it includes a shower, which is spotless. When the class begins it seems innocent, a little sweaty and the instructor starts off easy. By the end of class I was dripping like I walked through the splash zone of an amusement park. The word 'hot' in hot yoga is an understatement. I'm pretty sure hell is only a few degrees higher. I knew I could leave at any time but momma didn't raise a quitter. I made it through! My body felt rejuvenated compared to its normal self, but I can't put myself through that heat again. Wow, that was HOT.

While convenience was my hook, I saw that there was much more to this studio...I was captivated from my first class. Vacanti has a gym-like feel with the Jiu Jitsu and MMA fitness out front; nevertheless, Michelle has done a great job of creating a studio-like feel in the back. The yoga room offers a soothing ambiance with calming wall colors, adjustable lighting, a Buddha fountain, Angel cards and an eclectic mix of yoga music playing softly in the background. The studio features rubber/sports flooring, and offers free use various props including yoga mats, blankets, blocks and straps. Michelle's classes offer the perfect balance to push you to your edge while getting your to slow down and unwind at the end. She has great energy and a fun demeanor. Michelle tries to incorporate a weekly theme to guide the practice - from chakra-focused themes to body needs - it makes for a unique experience each time. I still remember my first class with Michelle very well...I loved it because she chose sequences that felt new and different. Even though I have been practices yoga since 2004 in a variety of studios in the Greater Philadelphia area, her sequencing was just what my body was craving. After that first class, I walked away feeling softer and my hips felt more open then they have in a long time. Andrea teaches the Slow Flow class on Tuesday evening and I get upset every time I miss it. Andrea is down to earth and someone you can relate to, and she always tries to bring real-life situations into the studio for us to see how we can use yoga day-to-day to cope with daily occurrences - it always makes for a meaningful session. While Andrea starts up slow, her flows will warm up the body and calm the soul, and with her thoughtful posture languaging, you'll be sure to learn something new each class. Her classes are always a treat, and don't be surprised if Andrea sneaks a Jack Johnson song or two into her class playlist...and this JJ loving yogi isn't complaining. Sol Yoga is a great place to begin a love for yoga or continue your practice. And, while I didn't think it was possible, I have come to love yoga even more since I found Michelle and Andrea.
