Bill Sullivan came out within a few days, it was not urgent, to inspect the issue. He determined the flap that allows the ice to dispense needed replaced. He ordered the part, which took about five business days to arrive, then scheduled the repair. After the repair, which was fair and reasonably priced, I've had no more drips. Yay! If you need a trustworthy, knowledgeable and fairly priced appliance repairman, Bill Sullivan is the one!

He even went as far as to pretend he was his daughter to hide from completing a job. He gave us an estimate, ordered the parts and left us hanging right before Thanksgiving. We gave him more time because he pretended to be sick and still blew us off right before Christmas. We gave him another chance and he set up an appointment to come January 3rd and just never bothered to show or call. Don't waste your time or money on this joker.

Since they only accept cash or check, we had little leverage to get a refund. Essentially, this is a very "old school" man working with a younger technician who actually does the work. George S. can be gruff, grumpy, forgetful and can't be bothered with this new-fangled "customer service" stuff. We will no longer work with vendors who do not accept debit or credit cards.
