It took them 2 days to show up resulting in a warm frig and food loss $$$. He never looked for the problem, just checked the temp and declared it "working fine"! Since they only accept cash or check, we had little leverage to get a refund. Essentially, this is a very "old school" man working with a younger technician who actually does the work. George S. can be gruff, grumpy, forgetful and can't be bothered with this new-fangled "customer service" stuff. We will no longer work with vendors who do not accept debit or credit cards. Blaise set up an appointment for 1/28/26 @ 8:45 AM. 28 January - About 8:33 AM, we received a TEXT from Blaise which indicated he was enroute, and should be arriving within about fifteen minutes. About 8:50 AM, Blaise arrived. We discussed our perceived issues and he examined the freezer drawer [Whirlpool refrigerator/ freezer]. After he examined the freezer drawer, he ensured the seal was functional and then reglued it to the freezer door. He then then ordered a replacement "rail support rod" for the freezer pullout door unit. Before his departure, he scheduled a return visit for Noon, Feb. 6, 2026, About 9:32 AM, Blaise departed the house. 6 February - About 8:26 AM, we received a TEXT from Blaise, which indicated that a truck issue [nail in tire] will cause a delay in expected arrival. About 1:50 PM, we received a TEXT from Blaise, which indicated that he was enroute, and would arrive in about an hour. About 3:15 PM, Blaise arrived. He quickly installed the new "rail support rod" for freezer pullout door unit. After checking that the installation was correct, he ensured that the pullout freezer drawer operated as expected. Replacing it was stupid it is at three year old washer. So I looked around on the local Yellow Pages on my Internet and found these guys. Local company privately owned, was what I was looking for. They are a husband and wife team and they get it done, and they get it done right. I highly recommend them! I am in the Green Cove Springs City , no problem getting them over here. These are not young bucks nor are we so we just have to separate the stackable, which is really the best thing we've ever done with our stackable's. The cat prefers the dryer lower he gets petted and I prefer the dryer lower because I can sit on a chair and pass from the washer into the dryer, turned out to just be a better experience than I ever thought.

I paid the deposit and they scheduled with me to come back on a Saturday to finish the repair. They never showed up so I called to see when they were coming. That is when they told me that the part was obsolete and that there was nothing they could do. I told them that they wasted my Saturday waiting for them to come to my house and that I wanted a refund of my deposit. I guess the water came from the repair and he did not clean it up, so I thought my washer was leaking. It is not. I just ran another load in my repaired washer machine and now it is not leaking. I will keep an eye out. I got 90 days. So fair I will recommend this company for your repairs. I will update if anything happens. So far I am pleased.
