I was hoped my garage refrigerator could be repaired. Unfortunately the sealed unit with compressor leaked and it would cost over a $1000 to repair with parts and labor. It cost less than that 3 years ago so we will be buying another with warranty on Black Friday. read more

This my second review in less than two years...LT's Appliance Repair, (904) 879-4419, provides excellent and professional service. I called Whirlpool warranty service for my 2-month old washing machine that started making a horrible grinding noise during the spin cycle. They recommended a company that received an average of only 2-star ratings. Thankfully I remembered using LT Appliances a couple of years ago and called to see if they still did warranty work for Whirlpool. They did. I called Whirlpool back and cancelled my initial appointment and rescheduled with LT Appliances. LT was actually to man who showed up. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. I think he said he has worked on appliances for 35 years. He said he knew what the problem probably was before he even looked at the washer. He gave me some advice for using my washing machine correctly. I highly recommend LT Appliances for any appliance repair needs. read more

Man calling himself LT came out to install a new dryer heating element. He did a good job. However, after he left, the felt seal in the back of the drum became loose. And, the dryer was making metallic noises at the end of the cycle. I was first told by the younger LT that he would come back out and re glue the seal. However, before he came out, I was told by the older LT and emailed by Mandy, the business owner, that the seal could not be re glued and the drum would have to be replaced for$689.00 and $90.00 labor charge.The multiple email conversations with Mandy and phone conversation with her father who also called himself LT were very nasty. Long story short, I was informed via email, in all capital letters and multiple exclamation marks that "IF I SEE ANYTHING AT ALL ABOUT YOU SLANDERING OUR NAME I WILL TAKE YOU TO COURT!!!!!! So, everyone, be alert to this threat. And, research showed that an older Samsung dryer felt seal COULD be replaced and no new drum was necessary. I kept all the emails they sent to me about this. read more

I wish I had had the option of using this company at the beginning of my refrigerator troubles. It would have saved me a lot of time, money, food, and headaches. My fridge was freezing all my food, and after several unsuccessful attempts by a warranty contracted company, I was allowed to use LT Appliance as a second opinion. They came out on time, were extremely courteous, and manage to figure out what the problem was in no time at all. Although the part for my refrigerator had to be ordered, they followed up as soon as it was in, and had the part installed within just a couple of days.
