Not one person was shopping in the store and they did not even greet me at all. Not a "hello, welcome, how can I help you?" Zero acknowledgement, even after I walked the whole store looking like I was interested in shoes. I had to search for the women's side on my own because they didn't give me any direction. They had every opportunity to ask if I had questions or needed help. So I ended up leaving, going to Footlocker or JD sports for better service. Store:Everything is pretty much full price, I did see a BOGO (I think) but I wouldn't know, no one bothered to advertise any promos. Lots of clothes and shoes, they have a wide selection. But I won't give an establishment my business if they can't even give any effort to do their jobs.

She treated her with kindness, listened to what she actually needed/wanted, and took the initiative to verify information instead of brushing her off. Because of Lala, my mom was able to get both pair of shoes she wanted ordered. In a time when great customer service is hard to find, Lala stood out. She was warm, genuine, and made my mom feel like she mattered. As her daughter, I can't thank her enough for the way she treated my mom. Hibbett needs more employees like Lala because she represents what excellent customer service should look like. Nonetheless, we find treasures each visit for sure. Note this is not a non-profit thrift store, so no receipt if you're donating. I suggested to them to offer some kind of a coupon for donations, like 10% off an item or purchase, but nothing yet. My favorite part is during the hours they open the top floor, "bins" style. Stopped carrying some items , need to travel to bigger targets for certain bath and kids items and they don't carry my milk And creamer of choice anymore. Sad days. Bonus points for two other good thrift spots that I can hit in the same area. Parking here is a breeze, as there is a nice and spacious lot. Setup is similar to the Sutherland Amvets, and the store is large. Things are sorted by clothing type, not size, so be prepared to spend a good amount of time going through the racks. I have found many gems here, though there is also a good amount of Shein and stained/ripped items. Prices have been creeping higher but it's not as bad as other thrift stores in SD. They do military discount and 50% off on certain color tags daily. Overall this is my go-to thrift store and I look forward to discovering what gems I can find here.
