I figured it would be like most BOOTCAMP style workout facilities. Where you have circuit style workout on chalk boards, trainer pushing the group to push themselves, and using free weights throughout the workout. I loved the burn and the motivation that was happening win the group. Everyone was motivating each other and t really felt like we were on a team. #getfit2018 in full affect
