The coaching was non-existent. No tweaks on form, no coaching, and no modifications given to people who needed them. For a gym that is open to all, I expected the coaching to be top notch to accommodate for those non-crossfitters. Others in the class did more coaching than the coach. If you're unfamiliar with heavy lifting, I would not recommend visiting here as you'd risk doing improper form and hurting yourself.

I'm very excited about her patience and knowledge. I'm excited about the clientele. It's personally competitive, but very supportive people encouraging the individual growth of each person. To put in context, the gyms at Myrtle Beach always deal with rude tourists looking for a free workout. My checkin was kind, smooth, and normal like my PF in Charlotte.
