If you're looking for the worst burger in PR then this is the right spot. My over cooked (burnt) burger was so dry a hockey puck could have been substituted and you wouldn't know it. I asked for the blue cheese, arugula with garlic aioli. After a 30 minute wait said burger came out in a stale bun with hardly any aioli and no blue cheese. I called my sever over and she said she would see about it. She comes back with the same burger and say the cook told her he put blue cheese on the burger, so I take the tip bun off, sho her that it's only arugula with a small amount of aioli. Although I didn't order any food I was just looking to pass the time until our tour started and decided to order some drinks at this bar. The staff was really friendly, very welcoming and available to assist. I ordered piña colada's and they were delicious. Then after those I ordered a Moscow Mule which is the biggest one I've ever seen plus a pomegranate Mojito which I never had in my life but it was excellent. although I wouldn't know about the food but I will definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a good piña colada around the area and pass the time. read more

Worst service ever.. came here to eat since they were the only restaurant around with vegan options... ordered a vegan black bean burger with sweet potatoes fries and a piña colada.. 1st no for me was when the waitress asked if I would like to add cheese to my Burger (wasn't vegan cheese)I said no. Okay, many things happened when we went to Isla Cueva and they were not all good. Waitresses were nice and polite. And the place had a good feel in it. We waited 38 minutes for a sample dish that was not even what we ordered. It had shrimp, which my mom is allergic to. They just said: "We changed chefs and he has a different sample dish now". Why didn't they said anything at the beginning or when they changed chefs? Anyway, when my mom was the first to get her dish but it was cold and had a hair in it. They took it back and brought the mozzarella sticks they were supposed to bring the first time as appetizer. At this time food started to come out all together. My yellow plantain and chorizo hamburger was good. My dad said his was good too. My sister mention her chicken tacos were cold but still kind of good. My mom started eating her mozzarella when they brought her freshly cooked chicken tacos. They barely took 8 minutes to make this time. Weird. And lastly, my dad decided to help finishing the mozzarella sticks but found, guess what, another hair. We just wanted to leave right then and there. We were done with this place. We wanted to like this place. It had great ambiance and the bartender seemed really nice but they lost us when the food came out. My burger (plantain and chorizo stuffed) was tasty but my husband's was raw. Not rare...raw. This place has the worst costumer service I have experience in PR. We had to wait for 2 hours for our food. It took them 30 minutes just to bring us the menu and the place was half empty. They had almost nothing from the menu and the beers were warm. The fried sweet potatoes were cold and they microwave them after our complaint. The fried pasteliIlos were saggy and the mix salad without onion and tomato was a hand of greens. The brucchettas were miniature breads with poco de gallo, they tasted terrible. The manager never offered a discount after we explained. The manager insisted that we had to approach him earlier and he could only notify the chef about the low quality of the food. He never took under consideration the time we waited and the food we had complaint about. He had the worst attitude but gave us a 10% at the end. Everything was good here!. We had a burger with curly fries, fried fish tacos and grilled fish tacos. We also had sorullitos as appetizers which were really good. We finished with dessert (cheesecake, chocolate cake and creme brulee). All desserts were generous and really good. Prices were good and the atmosphere was fun. There was a band playing in the plaza. We went because of the Google reviews and pictures which were pretty good, but the tables were greasy and uneven, the place was very hot inside and the food didn't look like the pictures, and didn't taste good or fresh. I know it's PR so I'm not expecting the four seasons. i got a $5 drink called the bushwhacker which was the highlight of the experience but, tasted and felt alcohol free :( Quesadillas were dry and unauthentic with no Pico and our bill was $70 for two mohittos, a quesadilla, a burger and the bushwhacker.
