If we did not fix, we could have been disqualified by FIBA. I searched cleaners, photographers, wedding planners for a seamstress. Nothing came up. When I called the shop and explained my predicament, they did not hesitate to tell me to bring them over. Mind you I had to have them done that day. I took the shirts over and they even help me take the patches off and sew them to perfection. Then they did not want to charge me. I insisted on payment. These two ladies are a class act. While I was there I noticed their exceptional customer service and respect for their customer most who they knew ny name. The selection of fabrics and notions is great given the space in the store. You will not find another fabric store in this island and even if there was one, it would not have Maria and Olga. Exceptional service.

The shopkeeper was closing up but kindly let us in to look, and boy are we glad she did! My husband bought one of the many beautiful leather bracelets. I bought an incredibly unique Christmas ornament, made from the same type of shell they use to make the local vejigante masks. I also bought a gorgeous paper mache fish. Parents bought stuff too. Everything hand painted and handmade by local artisans including the shopkeeper. Prices better than Old San Juan gift shops. Very happy we came here!
