I've used this cleaner for years and have loved them. I took in two items last week for cleaning…read moreand pressing. I showed the girl spots that were on the dress so they could try to get them out. I had a pantsuit that I wanted cleaned and pressed. I also told her I needed it hemmed. As I was doing this, the tailor came out and I showed him the hem. The girl began talking to him and he to her. I thought maybe she was explaining what I wanted because he didnt seem to speak English. They just talked and talked to each other and I left my items because at this point I wasn't sure they were even talking about my stuff. When I picked these up the dress spots were just as prominent as when I left it. The pants were not hemmed. Time to find a new dry cleaner. VERY unhappy

I specifically called a few days before going because I read that this location had good reviews…read more The man who answered the phone educated me on the difference between hand ironing and wet pressing my clothing items. I told him what type of items I needed services on. He told me the prices and why it was better to ask for wet press. Wet pressing requires the clothes to be washed and iron and it's 3.95 versus the 11 plus dollars an item to hand iron each item. When I finally get to bring my clothes to this dry cleaner, I instruct the girl exactly as the gentleman told me and an older woman with blonde hair comes up behind her. This blonde woman, under her breath, instructs the girl taking my clothes to charge the items as hand press which means hand iron all my clothes. This is not what I requested. So, then I asked the girl what did she just tell you to do under her breath? Hand press right? She said yes, and I said ok, give me all my items back. It felt like the blonde woman was trying to take me for an ignorant customer and not someone who previously inquired about the services. Not cool. Do not recommend.

I do not recommend this establishment. I have been a patron for many years. The rude, loud nightly…read moreattendant decides when she closes and what she does. She literally told me the hours on the door means nothing. She leaves when she wants. Lots of customers lost now. Unfortunately, her employment requires work and a pleasant attitude, which she does not have. I will not be returning as long as the entitlement of this extremely loud rude employee is relieved.

Let's be realistic. If you use the laundromat on a regular basis, you'd likely go close to home,…read morewithout reading reviews. Since the laundromat near my house looks skeevy, I did research. I even made calls! (I realize I'm a bit anal.) "Bright N Clean" isn't so bright, and averagely clean. (I know, I know, it applies to the wash!) The woman who works there is helpful. They have large capacity washing machines and dryers, which bring once-a-yearers like me, in. Mid-day Friday, there were a few available, without a wait. When I lived in Manhattan ions ago, you had to have your own quarters. Times have changed! You can pay by debit card or credit. (Read their posted sign, which I photographed.) They have a change-maker, accepting 1, 5, 10 and 20 dollar bills. I was glad I had a baggie to catch the quarters. The laundromat is located in a tired strip mall across the street from the county pool. I think it's sort of expensive. But it's probably no more so than other laundromats.
