OMG, don't get me wrong they do a great job. We had a sweater cleaned it cost $20.00, I asked for a quote to have a comforter cleaned they said $60.00, I could buy another for $80.00 and donate the one I had, which I will. They do a good job but get a firm quote before taking your items to Cape Cleaners unless money is not an obstacle for you. I like to know I'm not getting scalped by the people I try to keep in business. read more

Had the item not sat without being treated NO STAINS would be on the item. There were NO STAINS when dropped off to be cleaned as the accident had just happened. You were entrusted to take care of the item and now its completely ruined. The funds have not been returned as stated previously, and the cleaning charge does not come close to covering the cost to replace this item. read more

They were pretty run of the mill. Dropped the stuff off, got it back. Nothing special but also nothing bad either. The important thing is the clothes became nice and clean, and that's really all that matters. The drive thru concept is kind of cool. read more

My first visit was a complete success. They were very nice and professional. Good quality and done on time. Our #1 choice in the Cape.

Just moved to the area and pulled up on a Friday to leave things I needed before Monday. Jennifer very sweetly let me know I had missed the window and filled me in on what to do for next time. I ended up finding someone in town to dry clean over the weekend and even had coupons for them BUT Jennifer was SO sweet that I came back the following week. I smartened up and got there early enough for same day service and Jennifer was super friendly again- welcomes me to the area and gave me some tips for the dreaded *in-season* that is approaching. PLEASE READ TO THE END!!!!! It is sad but I am always surprised when I receive wonderful customer service and today a local company went above and beyond anything I've ever experienced before!!!! Cape Cleaners on Cape Coral Parkway!!!! I was already beyond happy with their service because they have a drive through, they are super fast, they open early, AND cost about 3/4's less than what I was paying for my husband's uniform to be cleaned at another local cleaners. This past Saturday at 2:30pm, I realized that I had not picked up my husband's police uniform and they closed at 2:00pm, did not open until Monday morning, and he worked Sunday at 6:00am. I went into straight panic mode!!!! I surrendered to the fact that the two of us would have our first real "fight" when he got home, but nothing could make me feel worse than I already did!!! I went by the cleaners, praying that someone was still there, but they were not, I called repeatedly, but no one answered, so I sent the owner an email letting him know what had happened. He called me about an hour later and offered to meet me up there. My total was a whopping $5.76 and this gentleman dropped whatever he was doing to help out a total stranger!!!! I mosey'd on down and was received by Angel, at the front desk. easy location on Cape pkwy. seemed busy and bustlin' they were very friendly, nice and receptive. I mentioned this was my first time there and he gave me a newcomer discount! nice surprise. I spend alot of money on my garments and often have them tailored. While attempting to iron my daughters Homecoming dress... Something on the iron transferred to the dress... A Red Mess! With only an hour and a half to spare I rushed to Cape Cleaners and a Miracle occurred!!! The owner had already left for the night, her son called her, she returned and Completely removed the red stain that surely looked permanent. My daughter was able to wear it and Made it there in time!!! Cape Cleaners worked a true miracle! And did it out of the kindness of their hearts. They are the Best!!! So Thankful! Jennifer makes a point of knowing all of her customers and even in the early morning hours, she greets me with a huge smile and a bubbling attitude. yikes, sticker shock!! staying in cape coral for the month and had a few sweaters to be laundered (2 GAP sweaters to be precise) - dropped off 5 items total after the positive reviews and seriously, $8.49 for EACH piece of dry cleaning? I was being lazy and should have just washed these items on delicate as they did not need dry cleaning (but when on vacation who wants to iron or do laundry?) anyway, I even received a 20% discount and still cost me $33. i'm from Chicago were most everything is expensive, but I miss our CD One cleaners where ALL items are $2.99. What a rip-off. Especially, as I had a small stain on one of the sweaters and when I told and showed them where it was i was told 'we spot clean the whole garment'. well great, stain was still there $8.49 later. however, they were friendly and clothes were ready when promised. read more

I have to preface this rating with the fact that I have experienced better...them in the past...but am now very disappointed. I have been using this company religiously since 2005, and even after they moved locations and were no longer simply down the street from me. Recently, as usually I dropped off a months worth of dry cleaning, usually resulting in an $80-100 bill, which is resonable for the amount of clothing I do drop off each month,as they are the best price in town. Included in this drop off was a personal one of a kind hockey jersey. Without hesitation or concern I left this jersey with them, this was the first time it would be cleaned. Upon picking the jersey up and returning home, I noticed that the stitching on the lettering was significantly frayed and coming loose. Now, my girlfriend has the exact same jersey and has had it for the exact same amouont of time, she has washed and dryed hers repeatedly without a problem. I returned and sppoke with same woman I have spoken with for years (name withheld), and explained the same as I did above. Her response was to state "This is poorly made, and we had no reason to tell you to wash it at home".... ...the jersey was a personal gift from the team, hand stitched by the teams euipment manager, someone who does this for a living, hundreds of times a season. I will not do business with an organization that places blame with someone else blindly and cannot admit to their mistakes, especailly to a long time loyal customer. This will be the last time I use their services. read more

Drive through service and they are crazy friendly and fun. I went to 3 other well reviewed places on Yelp and hated them all. This was a breath of fresh air and the price was right. I got a sport coat cleaned in a day because I really needed it. They said No Problem. Bam you gotta love that. read more

My family and I are so impressed with this business. We called them on Thursday in a panic because our daughter didn't have her prom dress altered. The lady that answered the phone was named Jennifer and she went out of her way to call the manager/owner and ask if they could accommodate us to have the dress done by Saturday morning. They agreed! We had our 16year old daughter bring the dress there. she was greeted by Tanya, she treated her kind and was very efficient. I was so relieved, as everyone else turned us down. After having written the scathing review of Cape Cleaners on 8/3/16, the owner contacted me by e-mail and followed up by cell phone. He said that he was sorry for my bad experience and he would make every effort to get the stain removed and offered to refund my money whether he was successful or not. He cautioned me that not all stains can be removed. I picked up my suit this morning and the stains had been removed completely. I too am sorry for the bad experience but would not hesitate to use Cape Cleaners again in the future. The owners customer service and follow up are to be commended. read more

Cape Cleaners goes above and beyond. Although we had a mixup at one time, they have more than made up for the mistake. The employees are friendly and obviously VERY good at what they do because they were able to get a stubborn stain out of a pair of white pants. They explained their "time consuming" process and it worked. I was afraid I was going to have to throw away an expensive and favorite pair of slacks. Kudos to Cape Cleaners!
