The comforter came back faded and wrinkled, and two of the shams had stitching pulled out. These items were in excellent condition when dropped off. I emailed Tide Cleaners twice with photos and details and received no response. I escalated the issue to Procter & Gamble corporate and even sent a final follow‑up to their executive consumer relations team. I still received no reply from anyone. I'm now filing a BBB complaint due to the lack of communication and the cost of replacing and repairing the damaged items. Very disappointed in the service and the complete lack of response from both Tide Cleaners and P&G.

They were not ready on Wednesday. On Thursday was told they'd lost the shirts. One shirt belonged to someone who was traveling back home on Friday. On Friday we're told they'd located them but they probably wouldn't have them at the right store until Monday. Went to pick them up today and they had the nerve to charge for them. Now I get to spend more mailing the shirt back to my grandson. Don't trust them. Poor customer service and not reliable. Would have given no stars but that's not an option.

I have had several things altered at the Fort Myers shop on S Cleveland Ave. The tailor has done a…read moregood job on all of them, however, I brought a pair of jeans to be altered and they just hemmed them like dress pants; they did not leave the original cuff. When I asked them about it they said they would only preserve the original cuff if I had specifically asked about it. I'm posting this so that if anyone else is going to get their jeans hemmed, just know you need to request the hem to be preserved, they will not ask you about it and their default is not to do it. If they had asked me about my preference I would have absolutely said to preserve the cuff and would have paid more for that. I suggested they ask customers about their preference when it comes to hemming jeans and they really didn't seem to care.
