We have always had great service here but recently an employee went above & beyond. I waited to the last minute to take my wife's business suit in because I knew they had same day service. While dropping it off, I was informed that it would take an extra day because the fancy buttons had to be removed & sewn back on. I agreed & left but then realised this would not work with my wife's schedule. I called back & talked to the same person I dropped it off to & she said she would help me out. Not sure how she did it, but I got it back that afternoon & it was perfect. I can't remember her name but she has short grey hair & glasses. She's always at the counter & always in a great mood. I have always received great service at the Gladiolus & Winkler location from Pam. She is very helpful and outgoing. I first started going to that location when I lived at the Park near there. I have lived in Gateway since December 2005 and drive the 13 miles between home and that office due to Pam being at that location. Since a Publix is going in at Daniels and Gateway Blvd, I highly recommend you open an office at that location and move Pam to that office. I know a lot of people here who would like to use Dolphins Cleaners if they did not have to drive 13 miles one way. read more

Pam is always friendly when she greets you. My clothes look so fresh and clean when I pick them up. I feel good in them. If they find a rip in something or a loose button they let you know and repair it. I had some alterations to be done and I needed them within a week and Pam saw that they were done in a timely manner. A lot of dry cleaners say same day service and when you ask for it that day they tell you they can't; even if you are there first thing when they open. Dolphin @ Gladiolus has your things ready by 5:00. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Called Thursday late afternoon and asked if they could dry clean 3 sofa cushion covers with the drop off at 7 am Friday and getting them back Friday afternoon. All3 had stains. Was told they would only be able to try once given the quick turnaround but the covers were totally clean of stains and back by 5 pm same day. Cost was reasonable for work performed. I've been a customer for over 10 years. The location, drive-up and convenience are great. The quick turnaround, one day, is excellent when needed. One of the employees at this location, Pam, stands out. She is very personable, responsible and always willing to provide exceptional service. The service is good and employees are very nice. I like the drive thru service and how they hang your clothes in the car for you without you having to get out if the car. The only reason I am giving 4 stars, not 5, is because you do not get a receipt when you drop off your clothes. I find that a little bothersome. How would you prove you are missing something when you pick up your clothes? Fortunately, after 1 year that has not happened yet. read more

I tried a few other cleaners, but always came back to Dolphin because they do the best job AND the two women who work there are always friendly and professional. I have used Dolphin Cleaners for 30+ years and this location for 9-10 years. My only complaint is I do wish they gave you an itemized receipt showing how much each item cost to clean. We have done business with this group for years. PAM is the main lady that we deal with when dropping off and picking up our clothing. She always greets us cheerfully and has our clothing ready when promised. If there has ever been a "problem", she sees that it is corrected in a rapid fashion.
