Will never use them again! Took 2 shirts there on Monday…read moremorning for cleaning. They were promised to me on Wednesday and needed for a 65th anniversary party on Thursday evening. They were not ready on Wednesday. On Thursday was told they'd lost the shirts. One shirt belonged to someone who was traveling back home on Friday. On Friday we're told they'd located them but they probably wouldn't have them at the right store until Monday. Went to pick them up today and they had the nerve to charge for them. Now I get to spend more mailing the shirt back to my grandson. Don't trust them. Poor customer service and not reliable. Would have given no stars but that's not an option.

Very happy to have found this! The one price I discovered for almost all cleaning I might need was $5.99, such as men's slacks and sports coats. Starched dress shirts were (I think) $2.99. A fantastic saving over the other two outlets in Fort Myers and Gateway. I'm sold! I brought the jacket to them around 4.00 p.m. Thursday and Friday morning I had an e-mail - my jacket was ready! Amazing! QUALITY: I have not been "out" yet with this jacket but the cleaning at first glance seems fine. I will have it with me on my upcoming cruise and will discover the finished product at that time. VALUE: No kidding, the value is the pricing. Customer attention to a totally new customer, me, was fine, unlike Fashion Fresh where despite my Yelp! remarks about the poor, lackluster counter-attention, here I got the feeling I mattered to the clerk and was treated as if they wanted my business. How refreshing! Other places, take notice, customers spending their money pay attention to associates who never say "thank you" and will bring their business elsewhere in a second if they feel that they are not valued.
