As a businessman with 40 years of experience in major markets I know the challenges of operating a successful business. I can tell you, Dr Long's practice is stellar. From Loise at the front desk to my hygienist Ayleen, to everyone of the staff who greet patients, the professionalism and warmth comes from the top. My smile, I now flash as often as I can. They both held one hand during the procedure. My mother was extremely afraid. So nervous that she cried in their restroom but as soon as she met these girls, she felt at peace. The doctor, oh my, he was incredible. He took the time to explain everything to us, spoke to Mom's dentist and made the procedure a breeze for her. She wanted to hug him before she left. I was incredibly impressed that the doctor himself called us that same night to see how she was doing. I highly, highly recommend him and his beautiful and professional staff. We were very lucky to have found him!

Staff were professional, friendly and attentive. Explained the procedure, provided understandable instructions verbally and in writing, and took the time to answered questions. Dr Fontana personally called to check up on how my mother was doing that evening following the procedure. Follow-up appointment was included in the cost of the oral surgery. My mother experienced no complications and is healing well. I highly recommend Dr Fontana and his staff.

PATIENTS BEWARE! Today, when inquiring about insurance and billing, the insurance manager was down right rude. She failed to carefully listen and respond and instead was defensive, talking over me and then hung up on me. I caution all new and existing patients to read the fine print on your treatment plan recommendations before signing and getting treatments. They claim to "check insurance before an appointment" however upon arrival and making treatment plan recommendations they fail to tell you it's quite the contrary. (read the fine print). Why tell a patient "we checked your insurance and it is covered" and then share treatment recommendations that are not covered by your insurance? My 70 year old husband had fluoride added to his treatment plan (totally unnecessary) and it was NOT covered. We were duped by what they said and also what they chose not to share. Those sneaky little charges add up here and there and before you know it you are paying a couple hundred dollars, if not more. Shameful! I would never recommend this practice to anyone!
