The first thing I noticed is that the parking lot is pretty small since it's shared with another business, so just keep that in mind if it's busy. I ended up trying the Ube Matcha and the Mango Coconut Matcha and both were so good! They definitely lean on the sweeter side but if you like your matcha less sweet, I'd probably ask if they can adjust it to your preference. You can tell that the owner really takes her time with whisking the Matcha and preparing her drinks, which I really love. The lady who helped me was very nice and explained the coffee is roasted by her friend in Melbourne, Florida. It's a blend of Honduran, Sumatran and Peruvian coffees which produces a nice smooth, in my opinion medium roast, coffee. I had my espresso on ice since it was 1000F out and I had just finished a multi-mile nature walk at Brooker Creek Preserve. The Shaken Banana Bread Flat White is a great pick-me-up. I love their espresso roasts! You can always count on it being a bold blend of flavors although this one was a little too sweet for me. I do want to eventually try the Banana Split Latte next time but will ask them to go light on the syrup. There is an option for that as well as alternate milk options.
