My eighty-five-year-old mother has been trying to get a refund for a contract that she is not using. She advised the company that she would be selling her home and she was told that she would be given a refund for the unused time. Unfortunately, she was encouraged to pay for the five-year contract, of which she only used 18 months. She has been ignored by this company repeatedly and is now working with the NYS Division of Consumer Affairs. She will not give up. An honest person who has worked hard her entire life and this is how she is treated. To the CEO who never answered the calls--REMEMBER, do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
