I called Dave's Heating for a quote for a new one. The owner came out and said he wouldn't give me a price on a new one because this one could easily be fixed. Talk about an honest company!! He had his tech come out 2 days later and all that was wrong with it was it needed a little refrigerant added. Works perfectly now. Can't believe I almost got duped by another company to buy a 15k new system! I can't thank Dave's Heating enough for their honesty and integrity. Highly recommend them!!!!

We purchased our ductless heat pump from Dave's 13 yrs ago and have had very few issues. When we…read moredo have a question or problem we call and they are able to answer the question over the phone or they will get someone out asap. Example: on Tuesday afternoon we heard a strange noise from the head in the bedroom and upon investigation found that the fan wasn't coming on on either of our two Daikin heads. A call to Dave's had the receptionist as a few questions and it sounded like it was going to warrant a visit. Unfortunately, that would not be for two days because they were very busy on Wednesday, but if something opened up they would call. Well, Wednesday morning, they called and I had to admit that now both heads seemed to be working again! She asked it we would still like someone to take a look and we said yes, because we didn't want to get caught without heat or cooling. Ryan arrived at the appointed time, was very professional and assured us that he would check things out. He was very thorough and explained each thing as he went. We did need to have several things attending to and he was able to clear an error code. We are now confident that we are going into the summer in good shape with our ductless heat pump. We really appreciate Ryan and Dave's and they have been our go to company for several homes over the years.

They were kind, professional and efficient with diagnosing and repairing the plumbing issue. I felt confident in the service I received, happy with the information that was conveyed to me and also felt safe as a single female being alone in my home while the work was being performed. Very grateful and happy with the outcome and I will definitely recommend them to family, friends and co-workers!

DISAPPOINTED BY THE LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY AND CUSTOMER CARE!…read more I hired Impact Plumbing & Heating Ltd. to install a new hot water tank. During the initial assessment, Mike spent a good amount of time discussing options with us, and their pricing seemed fair and good value for the service. While the installation appeared to meet code requirements, immediately after the work completion we noticed that the "relief valve discharge pipe" was positioned directly above a drywall surface--creating an obvious risk should any discharge occur (picture attached). Despite my repeated and reasonable requests for clarification on liability and suggestions to reposition or extend the pipe to mitigate potential damage, I received dismissive replies. The company refused to adjust the work without charging additional fees. Even after I raised concerns about the risk of future property damage, they stated the matter was "closed" and asked me not to contact them again. I had hoped for a cooperative and safety-conscious resolution. Unfortunately, Impact Plumbing did not take ownership of the concern or prioritize customer satisfaction. I would caution other clients to be very clear up front and not assume post-installation support will be available. 24/7 just wrapped up their second great job for me. First a while back was a simple light switch…read moreconversion. And this one was a pretty major project running two cables to install a pair of electric vehicle chargers. Had to run the cables half way across my house, cutting into the ceiling drywall in one room and in the garage. Overall they did a fantastic job. Kept the area clean and put it back to as close to normal as possible (they told me in advance that they put the cut drywall pieces back up, but don't repair the cuts). Would definitely recommend 24/7 Electric. Both for little jobs and for getting your Tesla ready for super fast home charging with a Wall Connector!

But there was some confusion and mixed messaging from them which caused some concern. That got sorted and techs arrived mid afternoon and diagnosed the problem. Dale got involved and the job was prioritized since it required panel, meter base, and mast replacement - a big job. The crew showed up the next day and coordinated with BC Hydro. It was a long day for them, but, by 5:30 we were back up and running. Very happy with the tech crew -Hannah and Ken - who worked diligently all day and were very pleasant to deal with. And very happy with Dale who recognized the seriousness of the situation, communicated openly with me about options, then prioritized the job. Happy to recommend 24/7 and very happy with the outcome.
