Nope. 10 minute discussion and they settled on a colour which was completely wrong. Didn't, as my former stylist did, show me first. I wasn't feeling well (vaccine reaction) and they were intimidating so I didn't say anything. The cut managed to reduce instead of enhance my curls. They offered to fix it, but I'd spent enough time there and I don't trust them. Save your money for someone who listens and doesn't talk over your head.

I was not shown any color swatches and when I kept stressing that I wanted to confirm what color they were dying my hair, they talked over me and did what they wanted. They got hair dye right in my eye and charged me $300 to do exactly what I told them I did not want. When I called to complain the following day, the desk clerk told me it was my fault and was exceptionally rude. It was my fault for going there in the first place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Worst experience at a barber I've ever had. I've been here twice…read more First time, he barely cut my hair - just kind of poked at it more than anything. I thought maybe it was a language barrier. Second time I took a picture of a simple businessman's haircut. He couldn't do it. I asked him to cut it shorter - he still barely touched it - then kicked me out of the seat before asking what I thought a second time. In the end looked nothing like what I showed him. Asked me lots of questions about my job during the haircut then charged me a premium rate - $20 - maybe he thought I could afford it. The other barbershop down the block charges $16 and does a better job. It is hard for me to provide feedback during the haircut because I don't see very well without my glasses. But, if I show him a picture should I have to call it out real-time? I will not go back.

Just wanted to update to note that despite my bad impression, I bought my mother and her sister a…read morepedicure here because I had a pedicure a few years back from here that was stellar. I figured I'd give them another chance. The pedicures themselves did, in fact, get rave reviews when I talked to them about it, but the service itself overall still disappoints me for two reasons. One, I deliberately picked the expensive pedicure, and when my mother and her sister called to book, they weren't warned not to shave their legs beforehand. Therefore they did, and therefore they didn't get the salt scrub that was included with said pedicure. Two, this place *again* tried to rebook *on the day* of the pedicure. My mother wasn't home and they ended up having to fit them in, but really! It seems to show a poor lack of organizational skills in general.
