Tried to find staff to help me out-couldn't find anyone. Decide to buy items regardless (can always take them into the Mayfair location). Cashier was unfriendly and cold. Did not get a bag for my purchases....she simply put them on the counter with my receipt and pushed them towards me. The only reason for two stars is because the store was clean and items were in stock. Will be sticking with Sephora Mayfair for sure!

I also booked this appointment online and I learned that it is okay to book any spot that is open but was advised to book ahead as they get quite busy. But the BEST part was, apparently they have a loyalty program and I ended up getting $12 off of the price! As if I needed a reason to go back to Chatters (both Nanaimo and Victoria have great hair dressers), now I'm definitely not getting my hair done anywhere else!

However, when I went there today, this one young girl who was working asked me more than once if I needed help, as if she didn't trust me. When I go shopping, I usually like to browse without being bothered, to see if there's anything else I'd want, but I felt rushed out of there. My spouse was also with me who she also went after and he wasn't even doing anything, just hanging out with me, waiting for me to find what I wanted. I explained that he was my boyfriend and she apologized, but still, I was super annoyed. It's a good store, and the staff are nice, for the most part, but it's things like this that make me not want to come back.

I wanted to get access to a place near me that I could get a good enough haircut as I had not…read moregotten a good haircut or good deal for many years and now that I have had to start living in this new area - that when it comes to getting access to a good quality service for a business such as this - for me - has not been worth my time or energy. Even though I had found another place to go to, I have decided and hope too - that I would not have to do this again any time in the near future.
