They will tell you they don't have it and try to sell you WAYYYYYY more expensive cigars in its place. Then if you don't want any of the other cigars they will show you EXACTLY what you asked for in the first place. I asked for a $20 item.....They tried to get me to buy something for $70 when they had my original item in stock and he knew exactly where it was just trying to pull a fast one. Now I know why this place is usually empty. Also had a bad experience with a vape pen. The Vapes are marked up 4x what they are worth and don't work. Kudos on them for allowing an exchange 6 hours after it broke. I'd rather drive further to get proper service than to be jerked around by these guys.

I am very very careful with glass water pipes... Previous water pipes I've bought (from another…read moreshop) lasted a year or 2. I was worried about the quality of the next water pipe I was getting and asked tons of questions (from quick stop) I decided instead of getting a $60 water pipe like I did in the past, I would get a more expensive one that was sturdy and had better quality. I spent $120- 130 on a glass pipe. The 2nd day of getting it, the bowl piece broke with nothing that damamged it. It literally broke in my hand..... and then, After a month or two of using, the glass cracked when I was washing it (with room temperature water because I know very hot water could cause the glass to break.) I've never dropped or done anything to harm the glass... ever. I always am super careful with glass because I don't have a lot of money. So then, I wanted to get a new one. Since the worker was nice, I thought I mustve done something wrong. So I bought a new piece. After a month or 2 of getting it the bowl piece literally broke in my hand again..... I told the clerk that both glass pieces - the bowl to the first water pipe I got, then the bong broke itself... completely split in half. and now the glass bowl piece broke with no possible explanation. I did NOTHING to break it. while buying, I kept asking about the glass quality and he assured me that it was good glass. When I brought the 3rd broken water pipes/ bowl, he offered a slight discount. Terrible quality.... Bad service. The store owner was very nice but the products weren't good like he said they were... I'd recommend Luckys, a smoke shop on main street in East Islip. The pieces I got there lasted a year or 2 and the only time something broke, they automatically gave me a new one.

Aside from the usual intrigue associated with of the culture of smoke shops, this particular establishment is known on Long Island for brushes with the law, tax evasion, arson, extortion, millionaires and murder. Jim's showed up as being 5 stars and only 2 miles away! In the car I went and arrived shortly in their small but ample parking lot. The place from the outside looks like a dilapidated shack. Inside however, was a different story. Clean, well lit, and full of customers. Cigars, cigarettes, lighters, accessories. Everything from Ginny Stinkers to Romeo y Julieta's! A walk in humidor with a wide array of mild Connecticut leaf wrappers to the rich and bold maduros. Robusots, torpedoes, Churchill's, they have a broad and varied selection. Next time I am in the area, I will certainly drop in to replenish my inventory.
