Island hookah is always on point! People are amazing and always helpful! 10/10 recommend

This place is horrendous! I bought a $90 vaporizer here, and it was damaged in the box. The vape cartridge couldn't reach the bottom magnetic area, so you literally couldn't use it. The product was covered with a warranty card, and I had the original receipt. The owner wouldn't honor the receipt OR warranty card. He actually tried to take the vaporizer and warranty card, without exchanging the product. Prices are noticeably higher than the other vape shapes in the area. I would NEVER come here again. Also, I have seen underage kids in here buying vaping products (like 14-15). This place is a ripe off, and is clearly doing the wrong thing. Stay away! read more

Bought a $100 vape from them, the very next day the screen stopped working on me and it is now unusable since i cant see the W on it. The owner said he would not do a return refund or even replace my product at all even though I had my receipt. He also sold me an out of warranty device. Do not buy anything from here. I wish i could give this store the zero stars it deserves! read more

I don't live close to this place but needed a new battery so I stopped in. I went home and put it in the charger and it wouldn't charge. Called the shop, they said they would exchange it for me the next time I came back out. Went into the store today, and they refused to exchange it, even after trying to charge it themselves and saw it was faulty. Very unimpressed with this poor service. I live quite close to this shop. At one time it was good. Now I will never go back. Nothing I buy there is useable. For instance one rig I bought for $60 is useless because I can't get replacement coils he doesn't sell them. Another leaked incessantly. Doesn't stand behind his products. If I could I would leave less than 1 star because this place is absolute shit. Save yourself and your time and DO NOT SHOP HERE. Even if it were the last place on earth. I went today around 3:30 today to buy a cartridge for one of my pens. Between me buying it and getting home and charging my pen (mind you I live around the corner) my cartridge broke. I went to return my pen because well...it's defective. When I went in to return or exchange the product the owners response was he couldn't do anything. I asked politely to try and figure out a possible way to rectify the situation his response was, "I gave you my apology now take it and leave." I've gone to the shop before and only dealt with the employees who were absolutely amazing and very sweet. This was the first time I've ever had to deal with the boss and honestly will be my last. He is an absolutely POS. Don't go here. Don't shop here. Don't even entertain it. Go to Shake Down because they're always fair. read more

Went in to their Shirley location and after going to many diff. Vape shops, this was one of the best. It's also a head shop! The gentleman behind the counter with the lady were awesome in helping me upgrade my vaporizer. HUGE selection of juices but they made it easy for me to narrow it down...to 7 bottles lol (I love my juice). Anyways I will deff be back here! read more
