The filling had ZERO flavor and tasted like it came out of a can. This week? I thought. SIGH....ok. I'll try again. I ordered the chicken wings. Now. This is probably personal preference. But, I tore off the skin trying to get away from that weird sauce. It was so sweet! Think I ate two naked pieces of chicken and called it. That all said? It's Sunday and not much is open for a nice brunch, so I decided to try it. I had to wait a bit as they were short staffed (island life) and had quite the line. I was finally seated by Holly. Holly was receptionist / my waitress. First? She was AWESOME! What a gem they have. I hope they take care of her so she's inclined to stay there. I perused the menu and suddenly, bottom right corner, something unique caught my eye. A coconut curry noodle dish with shrimp. Holly explained to me that their chef had spent extensive to in Korea? Vietnam? I'm so sorry that detail escaped me. Just know, it's the BEST DISH I've had since I've been on Orcas. Overall, such a wonderful experience. I'll definitely be back next time I'm here.
