It was also located at the top of a bank that leads down to a creek, so the location was tricky. We obtained four estimates before starting our project. Caliber exceeded the other tree companies in every way. Their proposal was professional, specific, and detailed, and they provided information about their licensing and insurance. Both Tim and Julian were very responsive to questions. We had some limitations about where they could go on the property with the heavy equipment, because of the location of our septic field. They put down mats and did their best to minimize the impact of their work on the yard. They used two crews so there were eight men working at once, but they coordinated their efforts so well, and every person was friendly and helpful. They chipped branches and hauled away all the huge trunk sections. I would recommend them very highly for more complicated jobs.

He provided a quote and asked me to procure the plants. Told me where to go and off I went. We communicated via text, which I suspect there was assistance with communication. Doesn't matter to me as long as we are on the same page. Really nice team and extremely helpful! They did a pretty hefty job in one day with a team of 5, extremely well, and in the rain. They text when they were going to be 20 minutes late arriving and did everything to plan and on time. Highly recommend and extremely happy we worked with them.
