Naj did a wonderful job at creating a design based on my list of "must haves" and my husband and I were impressed with the results. They were meticulous with the details and followed up for our feedback. This is our second project with them. The first job was clearing out our backyard and completing a full paver installation. The plumbing company left a mess, damaging our tree, crushing bushes, and leaving big pile of dirt in the yard. We called Ridley's. They came out promptly for an estimate, and once we said yes, they came out promptly and did an amazing job. They did so well that our neighbor was watching them work and hired them on the spot to do some grading in his yard. For the grass, they offered us the option of doing sod or seed. We went with the seed, so the (after) picture just shows the straw, but we anticipate having a beautiful lawn next summer. They were highly professional, worked hard, and simply got the job done as it should be done. We talked to another company that seemed cheaper, but they didn't give me the confidence that Donta gave me, and now that the job is done, I can say that confidence was well placed.

I had a quote but did not want them to do everything quoted. Before I even signed or agreed to…read moreanything, three young people showed up on our property and started working. I called and emailed exactly which items we wanted done, but they did not follow those requests and instead did not do what we exactly wanted. Okay. Two of the three worked all day in the heat. Third one was noted at his vehicle on the phone much of the time. They did not finish the job. We left in our planned vacation thinking they would be back. Nope. Called upon return because the requested pruning of all bushes was so badly done (but not finished), and two guys came and said they had to dig them up. At my cost, by the way. Okay. Several more eventually had to be removed. The bill reflects a completed job and new charges for removal and fuel (??!!) not on the quote. I've been trying to pay for what they did do. But I've received higher and higher invoices and threats to go to court though I repeatedly ask to pay them what's due. My opinion....stay away!

Unfortunately, our experience with CS Lawn was extremely poor. We contracted with them to do lawn…read morework and landscaping. They didn't even clear a layer of leaves before fertilizing and seeding our lawn last Fall. They dug and framed a vegetable garden for us, but rather than fill it with soil, they used a combination of what appeared to be fill dirt and mulch. When we complained they promised that they would return and make everything right in the Spring. Long story short is that our weeds proliferated, no grass grew, our garden didn't produce and despite repeated attempts to have CS return and "make it right" as promised, they didn't. We kept getting excuses about how backed up they were and they eventually stopped returning our calls. If you contract with CS Lawn, don't pay before the work is done fully and correctly. We are out over $2k because we trusted their unkept promises to come back and make it right.
