But she's a health professional and I'm not. So maybe I have a different take on it. Any who! Dr Ender has been a complete pleasure to work with. I immediately told him he reminded me of Roddy McDowall, so we talked about some movies & good restaurants of course. Nice easy conversation. His staff has been pleasant & friendly. We've even shared a few chuckles over silly stuff like the weather. He deals with my crazy work schedule, even doing testing on a Saturday. A test I did NOT like but was necessary. I even asked if I would receive combat pay for doing this unpleasant test. He laughed & said he was sorry it hurt but he needed to do this test. On the next visit he walks in with some Ferrero Rocher candies, smiles and says here's your combat pay, I didn't forget. We both had a good laugh. He ordered some more tests to confirm his diagnosis and all went well. So why only 4 stars? The office could use a slight update. It's not cool I can hear word for word what goes on in the next room. Better soundproofing would be good. Other than that I would definitely recommend him. Same doctor, different experience. 3-28-2017

After years going from Doctor to Doctor with no results I was speaking to someone at Dr B Wells in Plainview and they recommended that I see Dr Belfiore. When I went to my appointment I waited less than 20 minutes which is not long at all, my second and third appointment there was less than a 10 minute wait. The staff are very nice and pleasant. Dr Belfiore is very nice, he explained things to me in a way that I could understand and even sketched on a notepad to give me a visual. What Doctor does that? None that I've ever gone to. He didn't rush our time together. He looked me straight in the eyes when he spoke to me. I have much respect for him even after reading these reviews. Nothing will change my mind about Dr Belfiore. I will continue to see him and recommend him. What sealed the deal for me was when he told me about the close professional relationship he has with another doctor that I really love and respect. They have the same work ethics and the same diagnosis and treatment approach.

When we called and asked about it, they couldn't find it and made US track it down. We did and eventually got the results. I thought maybe it was just a one time mistake, but did not like how my husband and I had to do the dirty work for them. Next time when I got blood work done, they lost it again. They couldn't get my blood (I don't know how, I literally get told by every person who has taken my blood how easy my veins are), so I had to go to the lab next door. The woman who took my blood at the lab (easily, even after the person at the office blew my veins) said that they have been sending people over a lot to the lab because they can't get blood draws on people. I was waiting and waiting for my results. I eventually called and they said they could not find the results, they were lost. They said we don't know how to help you because we don't know where they are. I suggested the simple solution of calling the lab to find out the results (why would I have to tell them to do that?) They said ok, and I never got a call back. I then finally decided to do the dirty work for them, again. I finally get the results and low and behold, my blood work shows that I am prediabetic! I should have been being treated! I had to have another Dr interperet the results for me and I got started on meds to help my condition. I have even had other problems believe it or not besides this that are pretty bad, like they wouldn't approve a brain MRI for me after I went temporarily blind in my one eye. I saw my neurologist for this who is not in my insurance plan because I have been going to him for years and I love him. Insurance wouldn't approve it through him because he is not in the plan, so after seeing him for the problem he called and spoke with this office and asked if they would approve a brain MRI for me, and they said they would not without seeing me, so I made an appointment and got an exam, and they STILL said no because I did not see them initially for the problem! What?!? My neurologist had to call them and threaten to report them, so THEN they gave me a script. I will NEVER go back to this place. Its a malpractice lawsuit waiting to happen. They don't have the patients well-being in mind, it's like a circus over there.

There are no restrooms in the back area so when you need to provide a specimen, you are sent back to the waiting room and then must march past all the patients holding your cup of urine. The lab for blood draws feels like your in a closet and once I was directed to the exam room I was appalled. Ceiling tiles removed, electrical wires hanging out, a tool box on the floor, ladder leaned up against the wall.... Awful for a medical exam room. Then the doctor came in.... Stout little Asian (http://www.healthgrades.com/physician/dr-alicia-camacho-3hk3c) woman who slammed (yes, slammed!) the door shut. I do believe I mentioned to her "Wow! That was abrupt." Then literally she barked at me "why are you here!?" I stated I received new insurance & was looking to establish myself with a practice". "WHAT?" She screams again, to which I repeat self. Exam complete, weeks later I had my blood worked faxed to my office- I work in radiology and feel our company sets the standard for quality patient care, and I sought out another doctor to treat me a little more humanely. Bedside manner - 0 office setting and aesthetics -00 awful in every way!
