No one ever did call me back, so then I called, more than 3 times in fact and I left messages on their patient portal. Still no one returned my call or message. When you call the office you get left on hold indefinitely. It is a shame because other departments in the Weill Cornell facility run great. Just not cardiology. I will be changing doctors.

This was very disappointing as I thought and came to MSKCC because I heard it was the best. She is gentle, kind, and is willing to be so patient with you and answer your questions or address your concerns. I've never felt like she's rushed me out of the office, which is often rare in doctor's offices. I recently went in for an appointment at 10:30am on Tuesday. There were only two other patients already being seen. I went through ZocDoc so all I needed to do was complete a one-page sheet with my name, address, and insurance information - easy peasy. After about 10 minutes, I was called in. The nurse (I'm sorry, forgot her name) was nice. Waited another 20 minutes until Dr. Capalbo saw me, but nothing ridiculous in terms of wait time. The total appointment time took about an hour and I was back at work at 11:30am. I did not have a negative experience with the front desk, like some others. They're not the most bubbly or outgoing people in the world, but I don't necessarily need that type of personality when it comes to office management or reception. She greeted me, told me what I needed to fill out, about how long I needed to wait, and any follow-up items after the appointment, then said bye when I was leaving. Fine by me.

Today I was at the last room where I will finally be seeing by Dr. Capalbo. The nurse said just take everything off n keep the gown n she will be right with you. I have been waiting for 30 + minutes here and it's freezing with the paper gown in this room. So disappointing n I might have to look for a diff doc now. I like doctor Capallbo but the wait is from 1-2 hours n I have been coming here for the past 8 years.

I had always heard good things about Aristacare but o got to experience it first hand this past…read moremonth when my mother went to the linden facility They are absolutely awesome the staff the entire crew should get 10 stars for the way they treated my mom with compassion - care and patience My mother developed Severe Lewy body dementia and they have been extremely helpful not just in her care but also in their effort to coach us to do the correct next steps The staff at the linden facility is absolutely amazing thank you Shiela and Robin and the entire set of helpers and aids who made sure my mom was given the same care she would have gotten at home They made sure we were in constant touch via FaceTime calls And my mom needed constant attention Thank you to the ceo sailesh who even though I went with so many random questions patiently answered everything and assured me that my mom is in safe hands I just had such a relief when I saw that my mother was being taken care of with compassion love and patience Thank you for giving a sign of hope to all the families who are struggling in providing for their parents and I have to say I am happy I made the right choice I would highly recommend it to anyone who is considering it for long term or short term care And a big shout to the entire Aristacare staff you guys are extremely well organized and focused on each patient Kudos to all of you ....
