RIP OFF!! GO JET SKIING ELSE WHERE!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!! I signed up for the 1.5 hour 27 mile jet ski tour. (Jet ski for 2). Our reservation was for 9:30am...we were told to arrive at 9:15am for paperwork....we arrived at 9:04am....one of the employees called in sick and the owner, Angel was doing a one man show. (Getting the skies ready and doing paperwork, running for gas.) At 10:00am we had our vest on ready to go!....then a group of cruise people showed up 10:03am...asking if they could join our tour....(their reservation was for the 11am tour.)....Angel did tell them no, we had been waiting awhile for our tour. ***WE LEFT THE DOCK AT10:09!!!!!!am... went out to the gulf, road around, Angel explained 'sacrificial leaf's of the mangroves, swam for about 10 minutes. ***WE CAME BACK TO THE DOCK AT 10:56am!!!!!! ***(I wear a waterproof Apple watch; and was wearing it today!) I asked Angel about our short trip being less than an hour....he said it was by mileage and not time.....BUT HAD WE LEFT AT 9:30AM AND RETURNED AT 11:00AM...THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN 1.5 HOURS!!!! ***I understand an employee called in sick, but that is NOT my issue...then leaving half an half hour late...I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THAT!!! ***DOWNTOWN ON DUVALL STREET (next to the The Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory)....THERE IS A GENTLEMAN SELLING 2 HOUR 27MILE ISLAND TOURS 50.00 LESS THAN WE PAID WITH 'ISLAND SAFARI TOURS'!!!!----THE MAN SAID YOU CAN SNORKEL ON HIS TOURS RIGHTOFF THE JET SKIES!!!!!!!! I don't believe we got our full amount of time, but it was still a blast. We went out at a crowded time, and the customers were all very pushy, everyone wanting to be first to sign paperwork, get life jackets, to get out in the water, to go faster... wasn't the hosts' fault (although they could've helped facilitate organization a little better), but it was a little annoying because of that. Tour was good by the crew needs some manners Advantages: 5 starts for the tour, very good trip and it was fun going into the sea for more than 1 hour Drawbacks: 1. Very bad reception - the whole time they were just commenting on us and called me a crasher (in a serious way) though we haven't done anything wrong 2. A person in our group couldn't control the ski and crashed into a bush which caused a small scratch on the vehicle - they made a deduction for close to 600$ without even notifying the interested party and made them to sign it by claiming he can claim of Hit and Run on that person 3. They scared the shit of the other 4 customers who were about to take a ride in the next group and said "we provide free graveyard service and they can Rest In Peace without paying any money for the damage if they ever make one" - definitely not a good choice of words read more

PLEASE READ: DO NOT BOOK HERE I don't know where to start.... we showed up with a groups of friends and family for what was supposed to be a day on a rented boat for their low key but very special wedding ceremony. Caitlyn had made a reservation through Groupon and then called the business as noted in Groupon directions to confirm the booking. This reservation was made months ago. She was told over the phone by the associate she spoke with that her reservation for the deck boat was all set. When we arrived at the business that morning, we were greeted by a very nice woman who's name I don't remember who said she could not currently find the reservation and would check with the business office. When she returned to speak with us she informed us that they could not find the reservation and all of their deck boats had been rented for the day. Obviously upset about this Caitlyn and William remained understanding. The woman helping them was very apologetic and offered to help work to get a refund and then help us book a trip through their competitor across the way. This is when the owner of the company came out. He was immediately rude and accusatory at Caitlyn and William inferring that they did not properly book the trip. Also while openly admitting to them that he had an incompetent employee who "only works two days a week" and she "doesn't know what she's doing." He was incredibly rude and derogatory towards both of them and said Caitlyn was "confused" and didn't know what she was talking about and inferring that she had not done the proper steps and thus never made an actual reservation. He continued to interrupt both William and Caitlyn when they were speaking so I asked him to let them speak, at which point he put his hand on me and told me to stay out of the conversation. William and Caitlyn both decided at that point that they were done having any further interactions and decided to leave. He clearly treats his employees just as poorly as his customers. Please do not give this vile human any of your business. Only a few hours later the woman we initially met at the business called Caitlyn apologizing for the mix up and stating that they had found her reservation! She said the owner he offered to bring us all out on his personal "yacht" for the day. Absolutely not. None of us had any interest in spending a day with this man. To further prove the fact that he is a terrible person who lies and clearly degrades women, I included his response to Caitlyn's review warning others not to book here, i wanted to leave it here just so everyone sees along with some other comments he's left on other reviewers comments. I added in a few others I've seen as well. He only makes his case worse, not to mention one person even said he flat out admitted to charging them hundreds of dollars for leaving a bad review! read more

Over this past weekend we were in Key West for our best friends wedding. We had gotten a Groupon months ago and booked a private deck boat to go out on the ocean and have a small, intimate wedding ceremony performed by the brides brother. We arrived at the scheduled time to get our boat rental and were met with an incredibly polite, helpful and apologetic woman who stated they had no record of our reservation. She asked the bride if she had called to make a reservation after purchasing the Groupon, which she confirmed she has. The young woman then informed us that this is not the first time this had happened and they have an employee who takes reservations over the phone and then never writes them down. Unfortunately, all of their boats had been rented for the day, so they had nothing to offer us. While trying to assist us with requesting a refund from Groupon, the nice staff member also went across the way to speak with their competitor to see if they had any boats available, which they did, but at a significantly higher price than we had planned. We understood that mistakes happen and we were working with the staff member to pick which boat would be best suited to our needs when an exceptionally rude man came over and inserted himself into the conversation. The man never identified himself as the owner of the business. Never once apologized for the mix up and just began telling the bride that she had never made a reservation and this is her fault. The bride assured him she had called and had given a credit card number to whom ever she spoke to on the phone, and that person told her everything was all set. The man was extremely accusatory, implying that the bride was lying about ever making that phone call, even after he openly admitted to us that he has an employee who takes reservations and doesn't write them down. When the bride asked him to stop being accusatory and rude to her he told her he is not being rude and she is just confused. Every single member of our party was shocked by this mans complete disregard for any form of customer service. He swore at the bride, when her fiancé asked him to please stop talking and just allow us to work with the female employee who has been nothing but helpful he then swore at him as well. Myself and my boyfriend again asked the man to please just leave us alone and allow us to deal with the woman because she was helping us and everything was fine until he showed up, at which point he got in my boyfriends face, and finally identified himself as the owner of the business and told him to shut up and that he has no right to speak to him or tell him he is being rude in his own business. At this point we wanted nothing to do with this disgusting human being or any of his business. We got in our car and left, beginning the process of a refund via Groupon and PayPal because this "owner" told us we should be nice to him because he can refuse the refund. About an hour later, the bride received a phone call from the woman who had been assisting us from the beginning. She told us that they had found the reservation. She said that the owner had offered to allow us to take a boat out from 1-4 (it was a full day reservation we had) but that we would need to be accompanied by the owner. Hard Pass. The last thing any of us wanted was to be anywhere near that condescending misogynistic excuse for a man. The woman was again incredibly polite and apologetic and told us "that's just how he is". In the end, it all worked out. We went to Dante's pool bar and had their ceremony in the pool overlooking the ocean. We also looked up more info about this "business" and after reading copious reviews saying this man is a scam artist and makes up fictitious damage to his boats and charges people's credit cards thousands of dollars over what he says he is charging. All in all, his poor book keeping and terrible business practices turned out to be a blessing in disguise for us. But BUYER BEWARE. read more

Awful organization. They ripped us off for a half hour. Someone fell off the jet ski and was joking about how 'embarrassed' they should feel. That's after he lied, saying we would start slow to get the feel of the jet skis and then going to top speed immediately. He obviously just wanted to get the tour over with since it was the end of the day. When we got back so early he said it's because we were 'enjoying riding so much we skipped the final stop'. This tour definitely beats getting a FL boater's license to rent jet skis on your own. We got what we paid for with friendly & professional service (paid $118 for 2 1-hr tours plus $20 tip). I think I was quoted a slightly lower price on the phone, and I think I could've argued that, but I never tried, as the price was on par with everyone else in town, and the difference wasn't significant. A couple on our tour had a bit of a panic attack and held up the group at first, so the instructors broke off to divide the group in two so as not to ruin the trip for the rest of us. The guides made sure we got a complimentary bottle of water for the trip and a drink when we got back. I wish I'd asked the guide to take our picture as other Yelp reviewers had. I also forgot my bag on the dock (yikes). I called and retrieved it the following day, with the staff following up to make sure I knew I'd lost it. I got to the dock shortly after they closed for the evening, and a manager had stuck behind to make sure I got the bag, and no one stole it even though it was my fault and definitely beyond his responsibility. Update: Very Unprofessional!! After I wrote this review, he called my husband and called him a cocksucker, idiot, and a dickhead. NEVER give this scam artist your money! I am 6 months pregnant. I called the owner to make sure it was safe to be on a jet ski. He assured me it was safe as long as I was further than 2 months along and that they have 9 month pregnant women riding no problem. Less than 5 minutes into the ride our guide stopped us and told us he couldn't in conscious take us any further and that it was way too dangerous and that he would have never rented to a pregnant woman. My wife and I did the Jet Ski tour and had an absolute blast! You get to go Jet Ski for roughly 60-90 minutes. We stopped twice to get out and swim at sandbars. Angel who was our tour guide was very friendly and helpful for us who are not quite familiar with riding on Jet Skis. I have called them and made a jet ski reservation on 12/30/2019 around @ 10:30 They said they are taking my card information for reservation and won't charge us if we don't show up or cancel the reservation. and @ 11:30 i called them and canceled the reservation, they said they are fine with it. But the next day they charged my card with out my notice. I tried to call they store manager to resolve this issue, he is so rude and denying it completely. read more

He took us to the Southern most point, a sandbar (where we were able to get off the jet skis and take a little swim), and then were able to let loose and have some fun! I did the jet ski tour. It was very fun! I booked it for two people, and when my friend couldn't go last minute and it was just me they didn't mind or make me pay for a second person anyway. When I arrived their was a good size group finishing up but I was actually the only person going for my time slot. Again I was impressed that they even took me out! The worst jet ski Rental experience in my life . There were like 5 people who all felt the same way. According to one of the employee The employees are under paid. And the employee work for tips. I call this place snd checked the availability and the price over the phone but when I arrived there the asking price was different. The owner refuse to honor his own price sign board. His trick is to make the customer come in to the door step and increase the price by couple 10$ dollar. ( which is a cheap business). The tour is not properly narrated. You will be given generic facts about the places they show. The trip was 70 minutes but they advertise the tour as 90 min . The place does not have restrooms. There is no sitting room if some one wants to sit. Parking is limited to five cars. The place will be occupied by the previous tourist who goes before you. And you cannot park elsewhere. The owner is from different national ( not an American , it looks to me like he is a immigrant from Cuba ). However when we asked why the price is different now then it was said over the phone he replied that, I did not speak to you so I don't know what price was given to you and also 'it is my place I can set the price what I want'. Pro: the employee greeted us with respect . These guys work for tips Cons:. 1. Price is inconsistent 2. Tour guides don't have deep knowledge on some of the spots they take. 3. The owner uses inappropriate words if you ask questions and he is very rude. 4. The owner used Inappropriate words which was very insulting. One employees was upset the way the owner talked. 5. Misleading company and extremely rude manager/owner. Prices were not as quoted. Make sure you confirm your rental price for the time of your tour to make sure they don't over charge you. Called the phone number on island tours flyer a day in advance and got rates from supposedly the owner however when calling to confirm the booking we were quoted something else. The owner stated he only has those rates for the early morning tour and the rates for the rest of the tours are significantly higher. He didn't even try to correct the problem. Only reschedule, like the one person wanted to go on her own. It was suppose to be a 2 hour tour that started at 2 pm. The tour started at 230 and was done at 345. 45 min shy of our paid 2 hours.
