I was able to take advantage of the sauna, the infinity pool, snacks, citrus infused water, locker room, dark chocolate, and complimentary champagne. Adrian was my massage therapist and he was so kind and made sure to honor my request for medium but light pressure! I felt so relaxed! He even took some photos, of me as requested so I'd have them for memories! The view, stellar! Literally so beautiful! Like something out of a postcard! But I was still happy to get my Innisfree, at the non-inflated price of $22, the same I would pay for it at home. Please do not bring any valuables. There's no lockers for you to keep your purse/wallet, rings. For the price we paid... the massage was relaxing, but the ambiance was not like a typical spa. No frills. There is no sauna or hot tub. No robes or slippers to change into. There is 1 shower attached to the restroom. So if you take a long time showering, and someone needs to use the restroom, they're screwed. If you're deciding between 2 places like we were... consider Spa at Black Rock for just a massage. But if you're looking for a place to relax and unwind before and after a massage, go somewhere else. Would we come back? No. Learned my lesson. I'd rather pay more and enjoy my time at a real spa.

Instead of assuring us that this would be corrected, Jennifer took the position of "Too bad", and "he's now waiting to begin services", further that "It was too late to cancel, and we will be charged full price should we not do the service". At the end of the day they did correct the situation with a female (as originally reserved) but not without an unprofessional, unpleasant attitude. The manager, Jonnah also does not care. On the way out (this part was funny) there were 2 cockroaches in the steam sauna when walking out. The Westin staff did say they would take care of that but I am not sure if they did. For the prices charged, one could go to the Four Seasons or Grand Wailea and have a much, much better experience. I did give 2 stars because the actual massage was decent.

Sentina and Chavi clearly are experienced masseuses, really knowing the right pressure points and muscles to target for relaxation and pain relief. I also loved the aromatherapy provided (I got lavender chamomile) and the pineapple oil they used during the massage as it added a tropical touch to the spa service.
