I've had a number of staff administer the vaccines and they are all great, quick and painless, and I am so relieved that I am able to get vaccines free with HMSA. Vaccines are a contentious issue in the current clime, however I am thankful that I can access preventative healthcare to keep me healthy with so many respiratory viruses going around. We spent at least 10 mins going through the selections and discussing them, educating me on which ones would blend well, which were good if I was snorkeling a lot, which ones needed bleaching beforehand, etc. I was also shown an excellent $6 bottle of pre treatment spray which helps the colour take evenly. I picked a pink and a neon yellow to strawberry lemonade my hair and it worked perfectly and I get so many positive comments on my hair when I'm out and about. I also saw they were having a sale on nail polish and picked a few vegan ones for the little girls I babysit, as one of them has an auto immune disease and these polishes were health friendly. The store was well stocked, clean, easy to find products, and the customer service was fantastic. The new staff member, Lily, was also a delight! It is now my new favourite beauty store, much friendlier than the ones I used to use in CA, and the best selection on island. I'll be back to buy more hair dye and to browse the store for more beauty inspiration.

Apparently, this store has aggressive sales people putting complimentary eye treatments on middle-aged people that claim to reverse signs of aging. Realizing it was a high-pressure sales scam, I told him our bus was leaving (which it was). So, he jumped out of the chair and came with me. I was able to take advantage of the sauna, the infinity pool, snacks, citrus infused water, locker room, dark chocolate, and complimentary champagne. Adrian was my massage therapist and he was so kind and made sure to honor my request for medium but light pressure! I felt so relaxed! He even took some photos, of me as requested so I'd have them for memories! The view, stellar! Literally so beautiful! Like something out of a postcard! Even though I told her I thought my shoulders and back needed the most work for my deep tissue massage, she suggested working on my entire body after noticing the areas that I've had injuries/strains/tendonitis without me mentioning it to her. She could tell from my body that I was not balanced when I'm sitting down (I blame work), which I had a sense that was the case, but she confirmed it. This was one of the best massages I've had, and before that, I thought nothing could beat the massage I had at Aria in Vegas. I'm still blown away by the fact that Mel could tell what areas of my body needed work when I didn't even tell her. My line of work of physically demanding that requires proper ergonomics to avoid work injuries but that's not always feasible. The spa has great amenities to enjoy after your treatment. There's a great view with an infinity pool where you can dip in or lounge in the chair. I obviously was not prepared for this since I thought I booked the other location. I would recommend you bring a swimsuit if you want to dip in the infinity pool. There's an individual infrared sauna you can also sit in, which was a great sweat session. They also will offer you refreshment to enjoy after your treatment. I ended up getting the POG mimosa, which was tasty. As for parking, you get free complimentary valet up to 4 hours. The front staff will ask you at the end, which was good because I totally forgot I needed to validate it. I will say that there is a huge difference between the cheaper spa massages you can get somewhere else compared to one at a hotel. This one was definitely worth the splurge when you can get a private room with no distractions, be pampered, and then enjoy the amenities at the end. If you're ok with spending that much with a nice view to enjoy at the end, then I would highly recommend you check out this spa!
