I bought my cartridge on Friday, but did not open until Monday because I was finishing my other…read morecartridge. Per the picture, you can clearly see that the cartridge is full and the tip is free of debris (never used). All I wanted was to exchange for another not get my money back and they refuse to do that. On top of that, they don't accept Medical when they used to, not a fan of their policies and they've definitely went downhill since they moved locations. I will not be returning, which is sad because it was super conveniently located and I spent a good amount of money with them. Bummer. I'll hit up Floyds Cannabis from now on, which is right down the street. Never had an issue, great customer service, and takes Medical.
