I walked in ready to order one of everything, but the cashier quickly realized I was new and helped narrow it down to chicken, dumplings, and an order of fries. Let me be clear, if you're picturing small buffalo-style wings from a local wing spot, reset your expectations. These were full-size wings. We ordered them plain and soy-glazed, and both were excellent. The dumplings, also soy-glazed, were just as good. From the first bite, the crunch and flavor hit immediately. It wakes up your senses and makes you realize this isn't just chicken. You can taste the care that goes into the prep, and it absolutely shows. Despite being busy, the service was friendly and attentive, which always makes the experience better. When we finished eating, it looked like we barely made a dent, plenty of leftovers that were happily enjoyed by the family later at home. If I could change one thing, it would be having a beer to pair with the meal, but that's a minor detail.
