He felt around on my toes and said "No there's plenty of room here". Unfortunately I now have two very bruised big toes that say otherwise. Because of this I have to buy a new pair of tennis shoes but I will promise you that I WILL NOT be buying them from Dick's ever again.

We were getting some long sleeves for our upcoming Alaska cruise next year. I found an ultra lightweight long sleeve for 50% off. My wife found a pair of fleece lined snoga pants on the clearance rack. Yeahhh... snoga - snow yoga! Originally, $256 - they were marked down to $49 - but they somehow rung up at the register for $7.99!!! The store is gorgeous! With a timeline of the company on the walls and a clever climbing rope system above the fitting room, they truly like to make the store feel like the setting for their clothing line.

The clothing is well made, comfortable, and unique, dependent on the area where there store is located. I came in here looking for the shirts unique to this area. I like how they cater a shirt to each are they have a store. With this location being in the Rehoboth Beach area they had ones for both Delaware and Maryland. I was able to grab a shirt for each state and still able to browse for more. When I was searching for the shirts I was helped by a very friendly staff member. She directed me to where more shirts were located and that's how I secured the two shirts. After that I made my way to the jackets. I decided to finally bite the bullet and purchase a new, well made, winter jacket. For being and outlet I kind of expected better pricing, but you can't have everything. Pricing wasn't horrible, as I prepared myself beforehand. Note here, do not confuse this with the location in the the Tanger Outlet spot up the street. That is like the discounted/discontinued Columbia store.

They rarely have what I need. And even if you are fortunate enough to find an employee, they won't know what they're doing or anything about the specific sports equipment you need. If you need a cheap, Chinese made baseball for your kid's little league, they have you covered. But this is no REI. Or even Cabela's or Bass pro shop. It's the Kmart of sporting goods. I kick myself every time I leave empty handed and vow never again. But I guess hope springs eternal, and within a couple months I'm back, wasting another 20 minutes searching for something they don't have.

Another issue is that the store is usually pretty busy, however, there is only 1 register for check out. I always have to wait quite a while to pay, which could be avoided if just another register was added. There is plenty of space for another register as that counter area is a good size. I have also mentioned this to the salesladies, but they usually give me an annoyed look back. I do really like this store, but really wish these issues could be rectified...
