We ate the Tuna Sashimi appetizer and the Beef Gyoza appetizer. Both plated nicely and delicious! The Beef Gyoza was crispy on the outside. I had the Big Island sushi roll. It was fresh and phenomenal. My son ate the tempura chicken and fries. He enjoyed it. The portion was pretty good for the price.

A pretty standard sushi place. Can't really say much about it. There isn't anything in particular that stands out to me, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Mostly ordered sushi rolls and was a pretty decent amount of food for the cost, but they took quite a long time to prepare the order for takeout.

Food, and service are good. Several tables for parties of 8 or 12. Got the soup and salad as well. Enjoy!

Got takeout during COVID. Solid, delicious sushi :) I had the eel avocado ($5.50) and yellowtail ($4.75) maki rolls. The rolls seem small but are filling! Good rice to filling ratio and fresh avocado (the worst for me is when sushi is too rice heavy!). I don't know whether I just haven't had sushi in a while but I loved it Food took some time to come but we were also a large group and they were probably fulfilling many other orders so makes sense. Nicely packaged too!

It's been two and a half years since we last dined here because our last experience was such a disappointment. But it's only fair that I update things when they have improved. Took a chance last night and were pleasantly surprised. The staff was professional and friendly in the service was great. Food was tasty and came out quickly. We tried the gyoza and the yakisoba and the bulgogi. All of it was very good and reasonably priced. Restaurant was clean as were the restrooms. Glad to know we have another decent venue in Solomon's.

BYOB. Remember this if you want beer, wine or sake with your sushi. The place is right next to the former tiki bar. Menu is simple. We ordered 2 rolls and a few sides. Food is pretty good. A bit pricey. I recommended this place develop a bento box option on the menu. Overall good.

Beautiful ramen bowls and sushi! (we had slightly stirred before photo taken) Service was great for the vibe of the place very relaxed and quiet. Me and my boyfriend loved our food and we didn't feel rushed to eat and leave. i'm not a sushi fan but i loved their california rolls and my boyfriend had the salmon rolls and said they were great!

This place is unassuming and from the outside I wasn't even sure I'd venture in. After reading other reviews, I stuck out my chest and went inside with the intention of getting a menu and maybe trying some sushi to go. The place was clean and the employees were so welcoming I decided to sit down and order give it a try. The Island Cream Tea and Shoyu Ramen with chicken caught my attention. For $14 the ramen came with an order of California rolls. The servers were attentive and the food came out quickly. I enjoy Thai tea but this was exactly as described, black tea with a splash of cream. Can't be mad that it wasn't rich in flavor...it was sweet and true to it's name. Not my favorite but true to description. The highlight of the meal was the California rolls. Fresh ingredients, creamy avocado, crunchy cake with a balanced piece of crab. The finer was fresh and the wasabi nice but not spicy enough for my taste buds...still I loved the freshness and look forward to ordering sushi from here again. The chicken shoyu ramen was extremely basic and didn't have the rich flavor I'm accustomed to. While I didn't eat but a few bites, it wasn't horrible. Noodles were properly cooked and it had lots of chicken. If I'm brave enough to try ramen next time, it will be their spicy (beef bone broth) dish. All in all, I rate this establishment a 4 for solid service, cleanliness and fresh sushi. I'll definitely be back and encourage you not to be put off from the outside...venture in and give them a chance. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Went for lunch and enjoyed everything. Service was good and this will be my close to home favorite sushi stop.

Really good ramen and sushi. The poke was too little for the price but the taste was there.

Outstanding food. From edamame to sushi as well as hibachi. Great place for lunch and dinner. And the view of the water is beautiful too.

Surprised to find good sushi and ramen on Solomons Island. I recommend it! Try the Torch Roll.

After breaking up with another Filipino establishment due to their horrific business practices, I…read moreknew I had to find another place that had housemade beef lumpia on the menu. This is a difficult feat, as most lumpia Shanghais are pork-filled; some offer chicken, but, honestly, it's just not flavorful. I saw that N &N, aka Nena's (on their sign), has a hot food bar as well as catering services. I double-checked that they had beef lumpia and made sure that they wouldn't run out by the time we got there (since it would be bit of a trek). You make your way to the end of the market, and you place your order(s); lumpia is made fresh-to-order, and I could see some of the staff filling and handrolling the lumpias in the kitchen - such a good sign! The lumpias came out piping hot, and I loved that N &N serves it with the sweet chili sauce (instead of that other weird sauce that other automatically include) - these were deep-fried, crispy, and the beef filling was flavorful and garlicky. There are also frozen lumpias that you can fry up at home, but the convenience of eating them right away is a plus! I'd love to try out their lunch combos and their empanadas on the next visit. Staff were very kind and sweet; the market itself had a good modest selection of items, and it was well-organized and clean. Payment is taken up at the cashier, located at the front. Located at the Saint Mary's Square Shopping Center, there's plenty of parking in the large plaza lot. +tasty beef lumpias! +friendly service +located at the Saint Mary's Square Shopping Center +ample parking in large plaza lot

Drove to Nena's to pick up my phone in order of lechon after the normal 30 minute wait time for…read morethat deliciousness. Upon arrival, with a little hesitation, I decided to try the pancit as well. I had been meaning to try it for quite some time as it's one of their popular menu items, with nothing but time to spare why not today? Best decision I've made in quite some time haha. Of the various protein options I decided on the beef which was thin and tender just as I was hoping it'd be. The dish in it's entirety was flavorful, not the least bit spicy (as some Asian dishes are known to be), included bits of cabbage, carrots, red and green peppers giving you a nice crunch to compliment the textures of its accompaniments. It's plenty for one or even sharing. Need I mention the lechon? It was impecable per usual. Not too fatty nor greasy, just meaty and crispy. Being the Hispanic that I am, I'll best describe it as a cousin to the chicharrón, slightly different but both delectable in their own ways. If you haven't been to Nena's, do try it. Why not today? *My lucky day! Not only did I receive great food but I got a free 2025 dog calander at the register. Just thought I should show off and mention it lol.
