I reached out to Michael and he was very responsive, he visited the site and quickly shared the updated plans for resubmission to the city. He also closely worked with me and GC to answer further queries from the inspector. Overall, I had great experience with Michael. He is professional, shared his quote upfront and honored it, was very collaborative, responsive and has attention to detail. I am sure he has a bright future ahead and if I start another project I will definitely work with him again.

Number 2 uh who writes reviews about heating companies? It would be super easy to go to the mainland and get a heating system and wait like 2 years for a contractor to show up. That's not what we did. With my frozen frustrated fingers I googled "heating San Juan Island" and boom, these guys. Kevin the owner is so friendly and helpful. He came out right away and gave us an estimate and installed our heating system the next week and in just a few hours on Friday it was ready to go. He offered a payment plan that worked out well for us. This heater has a 12 year warranty and if we don't like it we can return it for a full refund within a year. I can't say enough kind things about Kevin and San Juan Heating without things getting awkward.

I was thrilled to not have a wall-mounted unit in my small house. The ceiling unit is barely noticeable as all that is visible is a vent, the rest is hidden in the attic space. My house remains cool in the hot weather and now I can sleep comfortably. Wow! I even get a whopping $800+ rebate from OPALCO. AND, even more astonishing , great service and folllow-up from them. The employees were so warm, friendly, and encouraging! They lavished praise and biscuits on my boy and he was beaming by the time we left. We also picked up a fairly priced, pretty roll of wrapping paper, a roll of tape, and a new ID tag for my dog's collar. If you need something on the island, Browne's will more than likely have it or be able to direct you to a shop where you can find what you need. There's ample parking and the interior of the store is spacious, well lit, and clean. There's also a wonderful garden center in the back with a great selection of plants and supplies.
