Why does a $88 light bulb need to be replaced yearly? The company sells the equipment to a construction company. The consruction company installs it. You are then connected to the office by a phone line so the septic can be monitered in the office. SO...for $433 you get....a once a year 15-20 min visit from tech ($350), charged for a $88 light bulb and a phone connection. That is ALL they do for $433!!!!

Ezra's crew dropped trees, ran a straight, tight fence through incredibly difficult terrain (there's a reason they call Orcas "The Rock), and installed a beautifully crafted gate to the entrance. His prices were not "cheap," but more than fair considering the quality and the quanity of work (8 acres!!). We recently had a very poor experience with a dodgy contractor on the island who rebuilt our deck. Had we thought to hire Ezra, the project would have been done on time and on budget.
