She said, "if your boss wants to come to Key West, he needs to learn to pay Key West prices." Lady, that isn't a problem, the issue is you are rude and not worth a dime. My God, eww!

From airport pickups to party drop-offs, dinners, and after-parties--this company handled everything with total professionalism and ease. Gerson, the owner, is absolutely incredible. No matter what time we called--7am, 2am, or anywhere in between--he was always there, answering the phone and making things happen within minutes. He was beyond accommodating to all of our requests and made the entire weekend flow so smoothly. I've worked with many transportation services over the years, and this is hands down the best shuttle service I've ever worked with. If you're planning an event, wedding, group trip, or anything else that requires reliable and friendly transportation, hire them! You won't regret it.

This is a nice free way to travel around Key West. Whether you just was a low-key non-narrated…read moresightseeing tour through the streets of Key West or you don't feel like doing much walking, this is the way to go. We arrived by cruise ship (Virgin Voyages Scarlet Lady) to Mallory Square, where we took a very short walk to stop #4, which is the closest to the port. There are usually 2 air-conditioned buses but today there was just 1 short bus which holds about 14 people. There are a total of 18 stops in the continuous loop. The loop takes about 35-40 minutes to make a complete loop. If you are looking to go to the public beach, you would want to get get off at stop #7 and if you want to go to the bouy at the southernmost point of Key West for that famous picture, you will want to get off at stop #10. At each stop, there is a pole with a QRC code to scan, and it gives you the real-time location of the bus. The bus driver is not really able to have a tour conversation while driving because he really needs to keep his eye on the road because of the traffic and tourists who wander the streets. The driver does accept tips for the free ride around town. I recommend this mode of transportation if you want to see the town of Key West.

Great experience using these guys to hold our luggage after we had to check out of our condo at…read more10am. Our flight didn't leave until 4:45pm so we opted to store our luggage here. They will pick up your luggage from your location and deliver it to where you need it before you depart. We opted to bring our luggage to them on our golf cart and pick it up ourselves. We did that since we opted for the golf cart company to pick up our cart from the paradise porters parking lot and then have an uber pick us up to take us to the airport from paradise porters. Looking back I could have just driven our golf cart to the airport for the golf cart company to pick up there and then should have PP deliver our luggage to the airport. Lesson learned! The ONLY thing I would recommend to PP is having more signs around the street area pointing to where the elevator is in the building for folks bringing their luggage to them. We spent about 15min trying to find them in the heat of the day and a local finally showed us where to go. You will take an elevator upstairs to their location and you find it towards the left bottom of the building. You won't see signs until you get to the ferry entrance and that's where the PP elevator is. Other than that super friendly staff and great service! Cost was $20 per large luggage bag and they didn't charge us for the smaller carry-ons.

Aside from that, the airport was easy to navigate. The Uber and Lyft pickup area is clearly marked, which made ground transportation simple. Departure was also fairly smooth, although there were some backups at the TSA checkpoint. Overall, the staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly, and the airport was easy to use despite its small size.

Hotel was very cute, I loved the foliage and the look of the tiny condos that the rooms were in, very beachy! Room itself was fine, nothing spectacular. The water pressure left something to be desired and the water took a long time to heat up, but the room was spacious and we had a nice outdoor sitting area to enjoy. We did have a brief issue with our fire alarm beeping, but the maintenance staff quickly came and fixed it for us. I would skip the hotel restaurant, the food was much more expensive than local places in town and not nearly as delicious or fresh-seeming. Menu also had very few vegetarian options, so we only ate there once. I loved the heated pools! It was chilly when we stayed, so that was such a saving grace. Only thing that's missing is a hot tub!! The couple of outdoor cats on site made the stay even more special, they were so sweet! Overall, we had a very nice stay and would recommend if you don't mind being a little far from the action.
