The pool is pretty clean and so are the bathrooms. They teach swim lessons early in the morning around 9am. The slides open at 12pm. I wish they'd open a little earlier but not a big deal. It's a nice neighborhood pool that's close to home. The best part is that it's inexpensive. Only $2 for kids and $3 for adults. Pretty sweet deal. Ice creams are only a buck too!

After asking him several times to please be careful about this because I have two small dogs in the house who can get out, he ignored me, didn't return calls or text messages, and didn't return my keys after me asking him at least twice to do so. I finally dropped him when he would not respond to me. He also turned my pool green last summer, even after I warned him that it was turning colors, he ignored it until it was full blown green. He then charged me to shock it and return it to normal, after a week or two of not being able to use my pool. He also would not always test my pool but just come into the lanai and throw a card on the table with some numbers on it, then leave. I tried to be patient with him and gave him MANY chances, but would never recommend him or have him work on my pool again. DISAPPOINTING AND UNTRUSTWORTHY! They offer free pool water tests and even provide reusable/resealable plastic sample bottles. Unlike "back in the day" Radio Shack visits where you felt assaulted upon entry, Tim's top notch counter service was the perfect balance of competent help and friendly banter (but not overly chatty). After building an electronically stored profile for my friend's pool, he quickly performed tests on the water sample and concluded it was low on chlorine. Instead of overselling stuff we didn't need, Tim simply said "All you need is 1-2 40lb bags of salt; they're $9 each." Sure enough, 2-3 days after dumping 2 bags in and running the pump, the water was clear again. My friend couldn't believe their honesty and fair prices. When he mentioned a competitors tactics upon checkout, Tim used diplomacy not criticizing another vendor but simply stating Leslie's are franchises and must abide by consistent pricing and rules of enhancement. The owner is very arrogant and doesn't really care what you think. He also does not seem to care about his employees at all. Sure, he came back "to make it right" but only made things look worse. He also put tile up around the border which I have come to find out should not ever be done on a fiberglass pool. We are losing tiles on a regular basis. I have reached out to him to see if he could drop off or send us a couple since some have broken or gotten lost. No response.
