I agree with other reviewers...this is the best dentist I have ever seen! I had the most thorough exam, including cancer screening on all parts of mouth and throat, TMJ screening, multiple types of x-rays and a check of the lymph nodes. The dentist spent an entire hour with me explaining the x-rays, my bite, treatment options, etc. I also spent another half hour with the assistant performing multiple types of x-rays. Then, I am scheduled for another appointment for a cleaning. All this for just $99 as a new patient. Everyone in the office is friendly and professional. I have been to other dentists in Marco Island who overcharge and want to schedule you for unnecessary procedures, which I have confirmed with my northern dentist. It was so frustrating and I never thought I would find an honest practice. I was wrong, thankfully. Thank you Dr Schultz, for being so incredibly fair and thorough. As soon as you enter the waiting room, you feel the serenity and comfort and know you will be cared for with a personal but yet a professional manner. You are welcomed by the front desk and shortly in my case, Hannah one of the technicians, made me comfortable and I was introduced to Dr. Schulze with his warm smile. During every procedure he stopped and asked if I was comfortable and I was so pleased at the end when he said 'you really did well'. Everyone worked as a team to make sure that you I was comfortable and satisfied. A few times I realized I had a conflict with existing appointments and each time they arranged a different time slot that was such a comfort and my crown work was done without pain and looks and feels great. I lost a crown while on vacation. From the receptionist on the phone (Angela) to the hygienist to the dentist (Dr. Perez) I received care that was both warm and caring and also informative and professional. The office is not just welcoming and tastefully decorated but has gone the extra mile to provide an exceptionally soothing and calming atmosphere. Island Tower Dentistry recognizes that a trip to the dentist can be stressful. In response to this, the professional staff is welcoming and accommodating. Soothing, (commercial-free) instrumental music is piped in to the nicely appointed examining rooms. Flatscreen TVs project relaxing videos of beautiful sea creatures floating and swimming underwater to transport you to a calm place. My dental hygienist, Tanya, was pleasant and very thorough. I have been going to Dr Shulze since moving to Marco over ten years ago. He and his staff are professional and courteous. The girls working the desk are efficient and accommodating. All of the staff are genuinely concerned that you are comfortable at all times. I've been to many dentists prior to Dr Shulze but because he is a wonderful dentist I need not look any further.
