Always looking to bang you for services you don't need. Found the service at Goodyear to be excellent, friendly and quality work. Dave is great along with Walt and Dennis. I've had bigger jobs done there besides general service. They work with CarShield and that is a bonus compared to a dealership. While in the waiting area, I always observe customers coming in to check out various issues from putting air in a tire to removing a registration sticker because they didn't have a scraper. They were always obliging, stopped what they were doing and helped out as a courtesy. Richie did a great job on replacing my A/C condenser and I appreciated Eric for the ride home and back. Well, they suckered my wife, telling her they could not pass the inspection because of the windshield wipers were bad. She was pushed into purchasing a new set of wipers from them or else they were going to fail her inspection. These wipers were changed a couple of months ago. My wife took the old wipers home. I can tell someone peeled the end of one wiper and bent the metal support in the second wiper. I know inspections make them little to no money, but THAT was a pathetic move. BE WARNED.

A year passed by and they never sent the check despite countless inquiries and they ignored my calls and texts. Finally I went in person and demanded I get paid. After a year of waiting, I was given the old "check is in the mail excuse." They gave me a check. IT BOUNCED....due to Insufficient Funds!!! The person that referred me to take my car to them called and they said they don't care and refused to replace the bounced check. CRIMINAL!!!! They pretty much stole my vehicle!!!

Called late in the day after work, close to their closing time and they said come on in. 30 minutes later, ready to roll! They told me they only patch, never plug! I understand a properly installed patch might last the life of the tire.
