As wedding guests, we were very impressed with the quality, creativeness, & quick editing for their "love story" & "same day edit." We soon thereafter scheduled a consultation and immediately booked Isle Media as one of our first key vendors. We were thrilled and enjoyed following their photography & videography work on their Facebook & Vimeo pages. Our engagement shoot was with Lester T. who can be best described as talented, humble, & hard-working. Being that this was our first professional photo shoot together, Lester made us smile, laugh, & put us at ease. My fiancé and I were very particular and specific in what we wanted: a firefighter themed shoot incorporating various props as well as beach-side sunset photos. The company's quick turn-around for receiving engagement photos exceeded our expectations. Our wedding day timeline was not the easiest due to having 3 locations (hotel prep, ceremony, reception) all requiring a fairly long commute, from Ko Olina to Honolulu and then finally to Pupukea. Alan Sangpan (owner) & his team were very accommodating & went with the flow, never making us feel uneasy or rushed that day. They worked professionally despite our tight timeline from one location to the next. At our wedding reception we had Isle Media show our bride & groom slideshow. Guests also were able to watch our same-day edit video. Alan's use of the drone to capture arial views of our ceremony & reception venues was simply breath-taking! We loved how our same-day edit captured the "romantic, rustic, memorable" feel we were looking for. Since Yelp decided to say my original review was "not recommended" I'm going to repost with some edits because you all need to know just how AWESOME and AMAZING Alan and his team are!!!!!! These are just the details: Before my husband and I were officially engaged in March of 2012, we attended our first Bridal Expo and just happened past Isle Media's section. This is when we first met Reese and Alan. We were immediately impressed with their work, as well as their friendliness and professionalism. So it was a very quick and easy decision to choose them for our photos and video. They were the first vendors we met with once we were officially engaged and had our wedding date set. We immediately booked them for the full package: hair, makeup, video and photo for our engagement and wedding. We were very confident in our decision. The ease of contacting and meeting with Alan and Reese just reinforced the decision. They are all very easy to work with and talk to. Before our engagement session, we were a little nervous, but Zairrah, Alan, Reese and Jack made the whole experience an enjoyable and fun one. We LOVED the pictures. And so did everyone else that we showed it to! We had an awesome crew on our wedding day: Alan, Jack, Reese, Kay, Zairrah and Rhoda. They helped me feel less nervous and our bridal party was very impressed with their professionalism and manner. Zairrah made me and my entire bridal party all look gorgeous! We just had a lot of fun with all of them. We loved our engagement video and same-day edit. Totally amazing. I really got emotional seeing our engagement video (for the first time with all of our guests) and seeing our same day edit. We loved it - and so did all of our guests! We had sooo many of our guests comment on how awesome our photo and video people were and wanting to know who they are. I don't know how they captured everything without being noticeable. They are photo and video ninjas! :) We cannot thank them enough for making our special day all the more special, and helping us to preserve our memories of that day in the most beautiful and amazing way possible. We recently got married on 12/27/15 and Isle Media was our videographer. Alan showed personal interest in us the first time we spoke on the phone and met in person. The crew made our wedding day very special for us, as if it was their wedding also!!! The day was crazy and the crew was able to make the needed adjustments!!! They did a wonderful job!!! We absolutely love the video!!! Footage captured not only us and the amazing scenery with the drone, but our family and friends as well, which we love!!! Planning a destination wedding wasn't easy. Finding the perfect videographer, was! Just looking at their previous work and their use of the drones made it easy for me to hire them on. They were really easy to work with and just really low maintenance. They knew what to do and they just did their thing, which made it easy for us. I received the highlight video within 2 months and the full video within 6 months. The video was perfect and it brings us back to that special day every time we watch it! First, let me say that Isle Media's CEO, Alan Sangpan, is amazing. He knew I was interested in videography at our wedding and found a way to make it happen for us. We live on Kauai and he is based on Oahu, but he made time during a trip to Kauai to meet with us and wow us with his personality and business ethics. He responded to inquiries right away, and made sure that we understood every detail of the contract. He made sure that everything ran smoothly the day of the wedding and had a turn around time of eight weeks. EIGHT WEEKS! This short amount of time is almost unheard of when it comes to wedding photography/videography! I could not be more pleased with the result. Alan personally edited our highlight video and I love the amount of detail he included in the video. I didn't want our highlight to be cookie cutter, and he definitely delivered. I can't express how amazing the Isle Media team is except that aside from the moment that my wife said "I do," they were the highlight of the wedding for me! Isle Media is a one stop company for just about all your wedding needs; they offer photography, videography, DJ services as well as hair and make-up. After looking at multiple photographers, videographers and DJs, it was a much needed relief to find everything I needed in one place for a reasonable cost, especially having just moved to Hawaii, starting a new job and planning a wedding for my international bride. The staff is exceptionally easy to work with and took so much of the stress out of the wedding day for me. Alan, Lester and the rest of the crew gave us great suggestions for the photo ops but also listened to what my wife and I wanted and, if it was within their ability, made it happen! If you have the chance, ask them if you can "play" with the lightsaber like I did... it was EPIC! ;) You don't have to take my word for it, just stop by their website because the pictures are worth so much more! read more

I like that when you click on five stars for the review, Yelp describes it as "Woohoo! As good as it gets!" and that summarizes our experience perfectly. We worked with Isle Media for engagement photos, wedding photography and videography and couldn't be happier. Their team is flexible, easy to work with, and produces outstanding results. All it takes a quick glance at their website to know they are amazing. Our engagement photos were on the island of Oahu in March. Lester took us to a beautiful beach on the north shore of the island for some spectacular photos at sunset. He is an expert in positioning us and taking advantage of the available light to create some fascinating photos. When the wind knocked down and broke one of his portable lights, there was no cussing or anger, only a pure professional who rolled with the punches and moved on. Our wedding was in July in Chicago. Alan, Lester, Travis and Kela all came out and helped to shoot some amazing photos and videos. They took full advantage of our entire venue, finding all of the interesting locations inside and out to include. They were able to bring a drone to catch some aerial shots which were remarkable. Alan assembled a same-day video cut to show our guests around 9PM and they were all blown away! I hadn't heard of that being done before and it was one of the reasons choosing Isle Media was a no-brainer easy decision. Within 10 days of our wedding, the Isle Media team emailed us a sampling of the photos from our wedding - super fast and they were great! We've since received our full length video along with the same-day cut and we love it. They captured everything we hoped to see on the video (and did not include anything we didn't want to see...). My husband and I were so lucky to have Isle Media do our engagement and wedding photos! Our wedding planner highly recommended them to us, and I'm so glad she did! Absolutely stunning work, backed with so much love and passion to capture real life connections and feelings! We were so impressed by so many of our photos! My husband isn't a "picture" kind of guy, but he truly enjoyed having them capture our moments together. Lester T. Was our primary photographer for our engagement and wedding photography, and he was amazing! To our dismay, the weekend we planned to take our photos, mother nature wasn't cooperating with us. Our plans for a sunny day at the beach turned out to be a rainy, overcast afternoon. We almost felt defeated, but Lester seriously made us so comfortable and confident that we would have beautiful photos, rain or shine! Wow! His creativity and easy going spirit produced stunning images! We didn't have a shortage of beautiful photos to share for our wedding displays because everything came out so good! The overcast weather gave our photos a vingage feel, and unexpected rain turned into such a sweet moment of kisses and dancing in the rain, all thanks to Lester! Some of our favorite pictures were taken in the rain! On our wedding day, Lester and his co-photographer Reese showed up promptly to take our photos and they were so easy to work with. They were always smiling, helpful in giving direction, and so creative! At the wedding, they continued to capture everything so seamlessly, and even though we didn't have many obvious options for backdrops (near pier 38), they really used their creativity, and it was as if all the matson cargo containers and cranes disappeared while we were taking our photos. My husband and I are so happy with what they've done for us! When choosing a photography company, you think of who you can trust the most with helping you to capture and preserve your most precious memories. Having a great photographer was one of the most important decisions for our wedding, aside from marrying each other course! We used Isle Media for photography and videography and the process of setting all of that up was very easy and seamless. There wasn't much communication needed, which we liked, but whenever we reached out to Alan and Reese they responded promptly. A few months before our wedding, they sent a detailed survey to help plan ahead about what kinds of photos we wanted to have and what moments were most important, including music to include with the video. Our photo and video team of Alan, Reese, and Brandon were able to capture some great shots and were fun to work with. They seemed comfortable and knowledgeable on how to capture the best shots in any condition. We thought they were able to capture some unique video of Seattle and us with their drone, which we didn't see many other companies leverage as well as Isle Media, if at all. We appreciated that they were able to help make suggestions and help us get more comfortable with taking a ton of photos, which is not something most of us do on a regular basis. Alan and Reese (photo and video team, day-of) were flexible and were able to accommodate last minute requests that we had. They helped to keep us moving along so we could capture all of the photos that we wanted to have. The photos look amazing; the Isle Media team truly captured great shots!! Even though the day was a blur, it feels like we were able to relive the excitement and fun through the photos, which is what we wanted. It was crazy impressive how quickly the team turned the previews around. We were able to see a 15 second preview video and about 100 preview photos within 5 days of our wedding. We wanted to have a mix of posed photos, candid shots, and pictures of the décor, which they captured beautifully. Alan has incredible talent or should I say a gift for making extremely high quality videos that will most certainly be a highlight of your big day and forever. I asked Alan to shoot a video capturing my wife and I time as a couple leading up to the marriage that I could play at my reception. It was last minute and without hesitation he created a masterpiece! The video brought out all emotions from the guests! My wife is Japanese and I wanted her to speak her native tongue for her family, I asked Alan can we add English subtitles and Japanese subtitles in the video, this was very very important in making the video perfect so all guest could really enjoy. We used Isle Media for our wedding in March, and to be honest we were rather disappointed with the end result. It took me nearly a 6 months to write this review because I was so disappointed. I have to admit the finished product does look very nice and is very well put together with the music and flow. However, what we were most disappointed about are the shots which were missing from our video. We had spent a huge amount of time practicing for our choreographed first dance (total of 2 songs), and our bridal party dance and were super excited to see the end results. Instead, what we received were close ups so that you couldn't really see the dance moves, and the videographer was shooting at an awkward angle instead of getting a full frontal view of the dance floor. That in itself was hugely disappointing, but there were also lots of key shots that were skipped out such as each groomsmen did a special handshake walking in to the ceremony, clips of our pre-wedding games with the bridal party weren't included until we asked to have the video remade, there were very few shots of our guests, and not much on the decor either. The turnaround time was 3 months long which we hadn't expected, and when we asked to have it remade to include the missing shots this took another month and honestly wasn't a whole lot of extra footage because it just didn't exist. For anyone choosing to go with Isle Media, my advice would be that you will need to be very very specific in terms of what frames you are looking for. Although, for a professional wedding videographer I would have thought some of these go without being said. read more

This isn't Stephen writing. It's his new wife!! :). I don't have a yelp account so I'm writing under his :) My husband and I had our wedding about 2 weeks ago. From the very beginning, Reese was our "contact" person and he responded very quickly via email, to whatever questions we had, even though they were really busy. Since we live in Vegas now, we met up with him a few days before the wedding and it ended up he and my husband knew each other from high school! That aside, he had a lot of ideas to help us with our day of itinerary and was very open to our opinions of what we wanted/didn't want. So our initial plan was to take our bridal party pictures before the ceremony for an hour, but instead we only had 30 minutes or so due to us girls being late from getting ready :(. Reese and his team worked really quickly to keep us on time. You might think that it was bad choice to move quickly, but from the photos that he sent us so far, they look as if we weren't rushing at all! Good job team!! During the ceremony and reception, they were very friendly, cooperative and easy to work with. They weren't all in our faces, and I felt bad sometimes though because our families and friends were taking so many pictures with their flashes on while Reese and his team were taking pictures. I heard that sometimes the professional pictures won't turn out because of other people's flashes :/. He handled it very well and it didn't let it get in the way (very professional :D). We had a very casual tea ceremony that we planned for it to happen right before the ceremony, but changed it last minute to have it right before the reception. Reese and his team were very flexible about the change and it made me very happy to know that they were on board :) Reese (photographer) sent us a small preview of few pictures of the wedding, and they came out awesome! I showed my coworkers, friends, and family, with ALL of them saying the pictures look really professional, spectacular, gorgeous (only some adjectives to describe the photos). We definitely can't wait to see the rest of them and show it off :) We haven't received our videos yet, but I can only imagine it being as good as the photos, from watching their previous highlight/full videos on their website :) We recommend Isle Media very much and we hope you choose them for your special occasion!!!! I will try to keep this brief. I hired Isle Media for photography, videography, and hair/makeup. -Photography with Kay was great overall. :) -Hair and makeup with Zairrah and her team was also good. They were professional and responsive to any requests. Videogrpahy and dealing with Alan, the company's president, is a different story. In summary, we never received our video (both the highlights and the longer version).. after 2mo past the agreed upon deadline (that was written into the conract) I finally received it after numerous emails. Let's say the video was .. unimpressive? Supposedly it was created by a person who had previously left the company and I believe it, based on the quality. We handled this issue directly with the company's president, Alan, and did not receive any constructive feedback. No attempts were made to repair the working relatoinship nor did he offer any compensation despite VIOLATING THE CONTRACT. Fortunately for Alan, I am not a litiginous person. However, the quality of work and his refusal to accept his wrongdoing are reflective of larger issues and I cannot recommend them to future bride and grooms. read more

In my opinion being open and honest about these reviews is what is most helpful about Yelp. What I can't stand is when a company tries to flood their page with positive reviews to raise their ratings. Alan tried to bribe my wife and I to write a dishonest positive review. We did not accept his offer because it is important for us that to let everyone know what it is really like to work w/ him. Alan did a horrible job filming and capturing our wedding day. The video is so terrible we did not share it with ANYONE. We had a destination wedding so we were really looking forward to showing our wedding video to all of our close family and friends who were not able to make the trip to Hawaii. That never happened and will never happen. He also never offered to fixed the problem or recut the video. He just blamed us for picking a low package. I ask him this ... If the package is so terrible, why do you offer it to customers? Why didn't he warn us? We had several planning phone calls, meetings and emails with him to explain what we wanted. He never mentioned that our package could not deliver what we wanted. Lastly, in my opinion, Alan has handled this whole situation so poorly and so unprofessionally, that I would highly recommend that any who is considering Isle Media for any event, look for other options. I am so sick of reading the lies and backpedaling on Alan's emails. I understand people have bad days and not everything goes perfectly at every wedding shoot, but to not stick by your product and to blame your customers is unacceptable. My wife and I spent a lot of time on Yelp when we were planning our wedding. Living on the east coast we relied on the honesty of strangers to help us vet vendors. I am glad we are able to return the favor and give an honest, unbiased review of Isle for other brides and grooms to be. Do not take a chance on Isle Media and put your important day in the hands of Alan or Isle Media. read more

July 2019 was the best day ever for my husband and I. The entire Isle Media team really made our day perfect! We originally met with Alan maybe a year or so in advance because we all know that when planning your wedding, you book your big vendors first(venue, photographer/videographer, etc) Just listen to him when he talks, you know that Alan has a passion for what he does, believes and TRUSTS his entire team. During our meeting, I explained there are some "must have" photos and he assured us that his team can do it, I'd say within the first half hour or so, I knew we had our photographer. He said they're available on our wedding day and I asked if we can hire them for their service. In addition to their excellent photography and videography skills, they are also a ONE STOP SHOP! He connected us with Grace of Legacy Artistry who did the hair and make up for myself, mom, and bridesmaids, Wes and Julie of From Above Entertainment who was our DJ/photo booth/uplighting, and Angela Asato of Blissful Moments who was our AMAZING wedding coordinator. Everyone and all of our "major" vendors were booked within a month of meeting Alan. I have NEVER heard of anyone else have connections like that, someone who literally helped make your day so perfect the way that Isle Media and all involved did. From our initial meeting, to our engagement photo shoot, to the big day, it was beautiful. If you're here, reading this review, wondering if Isle Media is the right choice, I'd say stop reading and call Alan immediately! You will not be disappointed, your day will already be perfect, but the service you'll get from Isle Media is unmatched. They are truly the best. Our videography team--Alan, Trevor, and Jack--we could literally sing their praises all day... they are amazing people & and Isle Media is an amazing company! We initially didn't have a videographer booked for our wedding because it was so costly and we weren't sure if it was necessary since we weren't entirely sold on any of the other videographers we researched along the way. I just happened to see their ad on Facebook so I contacted Alan for more information. His speedy response & professionalism along with their portfolio impressed me so much, I decided on the spot that we would book them & it was the best decision we made! Out of all the vendors we worked with for our wedding, Alan has been the most responsive. He makes it a point to respond quickly & also pays attention to each question, which is much appreciated! When I initially emailed him I think I literally had 20 questions and he took the time to answer each one. Alan & the Isle Media team are friendly, professional, and just plain talented. They're easy to work with and and really receptive to input, ideas, and what you feel will make your wedding day special. The same day edit they created for us exceeded our expectations exponentially. At the time, we were not looking for a company to do our wedding. However, after meeting the members of Isle Media and seeing their work, we decided to have Isle Media do our wedding. hello Gals and bride to be! First of, congrats on your engagement and second, let me just say that using yelp to choose your vendors is a great choice! Granted, you will always find that ONE NEGATIVE comment despite of how amazing a company is. YOU CANNOT PLEASE EVERYONE. There's always that ONE person who will nit pick everything wrong just to make their review more legit and believable and even have their closest friends write another review to justify their hate on a subject. My advice is, it is easier to read and write a negative comment but make sure you're a good judge of character. For example, you can't take advice from someone who is NEVER happy in their reviews especially when it comes to their wedding. Granted, we are all picky when it comes to our special day but damn ...some people are just sour! GET OVER YOURSELF... The most important thing about your wedding should be that YOU GUYS ARE GETTING MARRIED..everything else is secondary! Even if all doesn't go as well as you planned..just as long as you are married then thats all that SHOULD matter! You will learn to overlook the imperfections even the videos and pictures!!! STOP THE HARASSMENT! anyways! I cannot speak for everyone but my experience with ISLE MEDIA had been amazing. I personally cannot complain. No I am not a family member, or friend, nor do I know someone in the team. My now husband and I are from Washington DC and we decided to have a mini ceremony Hawaii. It was a dream come true (typical hawaiian wedding) I had the honor of working with Isle media for my wedding last year in Big Island Hawaii in November 2012. Alan was our videographer and he was very professional even though I wanted him to relax a little. He was focused and tried to do his best to get as much footage as possible. (read my Pre-wedding review) I cannot brag about how great he was the day of the wedding. He was very pnctual (evryone hates a vendor who shows up late to a venue) and even brought two of his cameras to capture all of the angles and he was a ONE MAN SHOW. I couldn't afford the whole team so Alan decided to be our man the day of and he made sure of that. He was very helpful throughout the planning prior to the wedding. He made me feel like we've known each other for awhile and I should trust his work. He felt like family that we even invited him for an after wedding drinks until he had to catch his flight. Our experience was amazing! OH YEAH..NO HE DIDNT PRESSURE ME TO WRITE A GOOD REVIEW..who does that? IM SURE ALAN KNOWS THAT I AM DEFINITELY NOT THE TYPE TO GET PUNKED! AINT NOBODY GOT TIME FOR THAT (haha). As for the package, we only had our ceremony there in hawaii and reception back at home in DC so we didn't get the most elaborate package. Just simple yet the outcome is just priceless. The captures everything and left the unnecessary clips out. They captured ALL of my important moments and moments that mattered like the vows! The video was suppose to be done in 16 weeks time frame but we recieved ours on New years eve (couple of days ago) just in time for new years day. The husband and I spent our new years eve watching our wedding video on our laptop while the ball dropped ...its our first time seeing the final edited footage from the whole wedding which made it even more special. I cried again and again and all emotions aside got to focus on my husbands vows. Thanks Alan! you are bomb plus 1..well 2 ...CONGRATS ON YOUR BABIES!!! Simply amazing, there's really no other way to describe the professionalism, quality, and artistic style of Isle Media. From the start CEO and Founder Alan took great care of my fiancé and I. Alan was incredibly thorough and always available to address any questions we had. The quality of the video/photos, hair/makeup, and DJ services which the Isle Media team provided were unparalleled. Besides providing a quality product, everyone had FUN throughout the day. We can honestly say the Isle Media team was key in making our special day one of the most memorable days of our lives. From the engagement photos to the wedding day Reese, the lead photographer, not only made sure that we had amazing, beautiful, and artistic photos, but that we were comfortable and having a good time. Prior to taking engagement photos and the wedding Reese reached out to my fiancé and I discussing shots we would like to take, style we were looking for, and locations we'd like to shoot at, making sure that he knew exactly what we wanted. What truly impressed us was the amount of effort Reese and his team applied to everything they did. They worked great as a team, were very personable, communicated clearly with us, and made sure everyone was having a great time while taking stunningly beautiful photos and photo. I think the highlight of the evening (besides getting married of course) was that she same day edit Isle Media was able to present during the reception. From the masterfully thought out story line of the day with thoughtful voiceovers to the amazing overhead video provided by their drone, the same day edit better than anything we had imagined. Our guests and others who we showed the video to after the wedding were all blown away, many saying it was the best produced they had ever seen. Equally important in making a successful wedding were DJ Kevo and hair/makeup artist Zairrah. Kevo, like the rest of the Isle Media time, was timely in his communication and made sure that things were prepared well ahead of time. He was also able to provide suggestion and did not require that we provide him with every single song we wanted to play. We talked with him about the style and feel we were looking for and he took it from there, doing a great job. Zairrah was friendly, professional and made sure everyone looked beautiful. What impressed us the most besides her technical skills, was her ability to work with both the bridal party and the mothers. Zairrah provided different styles and services for a diverse group of ladies at different ages highlighting Zairrah's great personality and versatility. Other members of the team which helped to make the day a success were editor Aly and the rest of the videography and photography team, Brendan, Lester, and Rafael. I booked Kay to shoot a family portrait - 9 adults and 9 children, aged 14 months - 9 years old, quite a handful!! I had several emails back and forth with Kay planning for inclement weather and she was incredibly flexible. In the end, we decided to shoot at our house and she was nothing short of spectacular. Kay used to be a school teacher in Japan, so she knew how to be directed and quick with the kids to get the great shots. My two boys were in a fussy mood that day (the 3 year old had skipped his nap) and the whole process was overwhelming, but Kay worked so well with him. She didn't bat an eye when he got down on the ground, and stated he wanted to take a nap mid-shoot. She also shot individual family shots of each family and large group shots indoors and outdoors. She was pleasant and friendly and did not ever get flustered. I highly recommend her for any kids parties or family portraits! We hired Reese to shoot our office staff picture a month beforehand. Reese was professional and punctual. The lighting was great and he was efficient. The dics were ready within a week. We also had our 2 boys in our office pic and I only wish Reese could have been a bit more crazy to get them to smile a bit more in the pics. But, otherwise, great pics. read more

We booked isle media to do our wedding videography. It was very easy to communicate back and forth with them in the initial stages of inquiring and booking with them. I can't give them a full 5 star review as much as I wish I could; and here's the reason why. during the middle portion of our final product (the actual ceremony portion where we stand at the alter), more than half of that part, we were watching the back of our groomsmen heads. We also decided to do lightning of a candle which was not fully captured, but rather they only captured only our heads and the back of Our groomsmen heads. Basically they used a lot of bad angles during our ceremonial part. I did like the intro and the end of our product, But we were VERY disappointed with the middle section of our video. I emailed Jaime back with my response to the final product and that was on Nov 16 and it is Nov 21 now and I have not gotten a reply. I was hoping to get some type of response but nope. Nothing. Which is upsetting especially when it was for something so important. read more

We booked Isle Media 18 months in advance. First, we booked our SDE package to ensure their team was available on our date and later added the 10-hour photography package. We had the pleasure of communicating with Alan, Samantha and working with Lester, Ezrah, Michael, and the rest of the day-of team. The 18 months leading up to our wedding, communication was always on point. Isle media would respond to email and calls in a timely fashion, even if they were on another job that day. Their wedding finalization form was organized enough to where I could provide all the details they needed and the vision we wanted. On the day-of, their two teams showed up early to two separate locations (bride's suite and groom's beach house). Their photographers and videographers (along with the creative director) made everything feel easy, comfortable, and fun. At the venue, their team adjusted to the weather delays (thunderstorms) and worked through it. We even went outside and still did pictures in the rain after the indoor (backup location) ceremony. We had to cut our outside photo time by 30 minutes (due to light and rain delays) but the Isle Media team was able to capture those core shots we wanted. Despite the weather, they were very accommodating to the additional family shots and capturing the memorable moments late into the night. They even took into account some of the small changes I wanted, last minute. I would definitely recommend this talented company, Isle Media, to my friends and family for their future photo/video needs. read more

Update: 7 years later! Lester took our Maternity photos so it only made sense to ask him to take our engagement photos! This time we had our daughter taking the photos with us. Photos came out amazing! He edited it quick and sent it to me within about a week (which was great cause I couldn't top thinking about it!). Price is not overly pricey and well worth the results! I have been to multiple weddings where they were the videographer and knew I had to have them. It was a dream working with Alan who so perfectly captured our wedding day. It was a great experience working with Isle Media. Once me and my hubby decided to have a destination wedding in Hawaii, we searched many photographers and found Isle Media through web search and read great reviews about them. I still had some concerned at the beginning since most of communication was done via emails and phone calls and not knowing what to expect in Hawaii. We had photography with Lester and Rafael, make-up with Zairrah, and flowers with Sarah. They were all very prompt in replying and were super friendly, which made us feel easy to communicate with. On the wedding day, they delivered exactly what we wanted and more! Zairrah re-created exactly what I wanted for hair and make-up on my wedding day. My husband also got some touch ups from Zairrah and she made him look so much more polished and handsome. Sarah delivered beautiful bouquets and flower arrangement for the reception. Last but not least, we were super excited that Lester was our photographer. We loved his work from the previous portfolios. Lester and Rafael went extra miles to take great photos for us on our wedding day.
