My office did a "holiday" party here, with the smash room and axe throwing, with a side room where we ordered in pizza. With a large group, they were incredibly accommodating with our reservation times and worked with us to make sure everyone had a blast. I was able to peak in the paint room, and will definitely be returning to give that a try! read more

Outstanding experience! ismash is WONDERFUL! They are so friendly, accommodating, and INEXPENSIVE! We had an absolutely unforgettable experience. My 9 year old and 17 year old went together. The incredible team members let them play their music as they destroyed various items. The laughter never stopped. I could not recommend this more! PERFECT for a hot summer day as it is nice and cool inside and a great way to spend an afternoon. There are so many other options and we cannot wait to come back and try everything! AND, birthday parties will NEVER be anywhere else. Booking online was unbelievably easy, too! read more

This is such a fun place. We signed the boys up for a 30 minute electronics smash today. They had so much fun and can't stop talking about it. The staff is super nice and accommodating. I was also happy to know they recycle the breakage as well. On my way out, I bought a few gift cards. We will definitely be back. read more

We live in the area and we never realized that this business is here! I decided to check this place out with the hopes of giving my 15yr old daughter an outlet for some emotions she's dealing with. She is a very introverted person and a very typical teenager. We actually were bickering as we were walking into this business. The minute we walked into our room and she started to really let go and enjoy her freedom, the vibe that changed and the relief I could physically feel come off her shoulders was incredible. I found myself just sitting back and watching her. This was a really great experience. She finished and looked at me and genuinely smiled and laughed and expressed how different and better she felt. For this reason I need to write this for potential parents wondering like I was. Not to mention the amazing staff. We met and were welcomed by Melina who took her time to talk us and informed me this is actually a new business owned locally. I LOVE TO SUPPORT LOCAL!!!!! Through her conversation and kindness to me with expressing my shock of the profound experience, I met the owner. His name is Ryan and is very welcoming, appreciative of us as customers and social. We will definitely be back and looking into a membership. Way to knock it out of the park iSMASH! Good luck on a successful first year! read more

At one point the lights went berserk and started going off and on like crazy. The AC didn't really work and I wouldn't say the driver was very friendly. We live in NW Omaha so we were close to the attractions but it is about a 6 mile radius of lights so you go through Hillsborough and then all the way to Linden Estates. Only one house really wowed us and there was a line of cars, causing us to start and stop really frequently. Like I mentioned, I had more fun with the company than with the lights.

When I reached out to them about this, I got an apology, and an assurance that they have never been contacted regarding something like this in the 17 years they've been in business. They then said they would speak with their staff about this. There was no attempt to try to make it right initially. They reached back out to me today and offered a small refund to compensate for the water being left on, which is in line with what I would expect a business to do. I have therefore modified my review and would consider using them again.

I received an email stating that another reservation came in before me, and even though I was down, it came before mine, so mine is getting canceled. I was bummed because if my name was already down, why am I getting kicked out. There was an apology and offered a smaller bus that wouldn't fit the team. This was totally a splurge for the boys. I wouldn't be upset if I just called and was told no, but I went through the process with the deposit in the designated time to be told nope, sorry, and not even offered different nights. I understand mistakes get made, but instead of trying to fix the error, all I kept getting was they were overwhelmed. December is usually booked a year in advance, and we have had overwhelming calls, texts, and emails daily for holiday light tours. Next time, say we overbooked. Let's fix this.

I was SHOCKED at some of the emails I read from the management team - beyond disgusting and rude! I've never seen any business in general with worse customer service. Book with a company that actually deserves your money and business. In response to the comment: Hello Dustin, person that feels the need to make false assumptions and invalidate a woman's opinion to make yourself feel bigger. Instead of doing the same to you, I'll leave it at this: I'm very disappointed that you are making this out to be something it's not instead of accepting that your business, like all others, is not perfect and loved by every single person. I am NOT a liar and wouldn't have made a review about a specific incident that happened a year ago, as you mentioned. I'm not sure why it would shock you that someone that spent years prior in the area has been on your buses before, guess that says something about the lack of confidence in your own company. Contrary to your apparent belief, I am my own person and not just somebody's sister. I had very little to do with planning the situation you're discussing (though I do think it was handled poorly as a business - I'd never speak to any customer that way). Believe me - I wouldn't have selected this company because as I mentioned before, I have others that I prefer anyway. This review was sparked by recently being with a group of people and someone entirely unrelated to all of this (they don't even know Leann) brought up a separate situation involving this company. They showed some shady messages they received from this business. We all know that you have no desire to resolve issues and this person has better things to do than be bullied by you, so I'll leave their name out of it. Others began to chime in with similar stories that they had heard about this company which seemed really ironic and led me to think that this must be more common here than I originally thought. This response discrediting me and blasting unrelated parties confirms what I was already 99% sure of - this is by far the most unprofessionally ran business I've ever known. I 100% stand by my review and am going to carry on with my life now. Maybe, for once, you'll make the mature decision to do the same instead of wasting your time to come back and harass me some more over things that make absolutely no difference anyway.

I just brought my 13 year old son and a couple of his buddies here for his birthday. They had a blast! The process to make an online reservation and sign waivers ahead of time was super easy. The staff was awesome and got them set up and smashing in no time. We added a windshield to the room for a little more fun. Totally worth it! Their only disappoint was that it had to end at some point. Can't wait to make a return trip to make some more messes and try out the axe throwing! read more

We had a great afternoon at iSmash Omaha. We were celebrating my daughter's 12th birthday. She had a great time hosting her friends in a splatter paint room. They listened to music, painted their masterpieces (and each other) and had the best time releasing their inner artist. Totally recommend. Can't wait to go back! read more
