Super super fun, I honestly expected like two peewee zip lines and was surprised in the best way. So many courses to choose from, very self guided. I have done the glow in the dark twice and there's a great selection of music. Screechowl is a must do, and I would stay away from the harder courses unless you are very confident. The harder ones are not made for short people

Mister for hot weather cool off.

We drove from Des Moines for a day adventure with teenagers. Everyone had a fantastic time! There are ropes courses that vary in difficulty so everyone was challenged. The staff are outstanding in their support and emphasis on safety. It was a warm day and there were cooling misters set up. There are picnic tables available and they allow you to bring in food. Bystanders are allowed on the paths to watch and you get a pretty good view of the courses.

This is an accurate representation of what the wildlife looked like!

I did Black Diamond and staff was amazing! They were very helpful and kind to me and my peers!

    Let the fun begin!

I thought we were going zip lining but after going through the safety video, I found out this was more of an obstacle course (American Ninja Warrior without the water!) with a few SHORT zip lines worked in between a few elements! It was fun and they definitely had the customers safety as #1! While this wasn't what I was expecting - it's a great activity for the family.

This was such a fun adventure! My entire group loved this experience even in the hail and snow! Our instructor Geoff and the rest of the employees were beyond helpful. We all did various levels and I would love to come back and try more. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Adventure awaits at Tree Rush near Omaha, NE! I attended glow night at Tree Rush and was so impressed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were greeted with fun glow bracelets and instructions. This was pretty challenging and physically demanding. The photos may be deceiving it is high up and tiring. You are the controller of hooking up all cables for the obstacles and zip lines. Once you get the hang of the equipment it is pretty easy The cost was around $50 per person for a 3 hour experience. There were so many courses to choose from from easy to advanced. The staff are able to get you down at any point if you decide to not complete an obstacle. Such a fun adventure, highly recommend!

Challenging event for any age, so happy I went. There are multiple different courses of all levels; even the difficulty level of the simple course still gives you a good work out. Worth the money, you are able to do as many courses as you want. I cannot wait to come back

This place is freaking AMAZING!!! From the staff to the experience, completely top notch!!!! Upon arriving we were met by two friendly young ladies who explained what the experience would be like and then led to an area for us to lock up valuables. I would advise anyone who comes to take EVERYTHING out of your pockets (yes your phones, wallets & keys). We then watched a short instructional video and we're assisted in getting into our gear. The staff is so incredible. Everyone is so friendly and patient as they help you and as they walk you through the tutorial course and zip line. From then on, you're off to the races. Each course is marked with a color (which indicates the difficulty) and staff are located throughout to keep an eye out for anyone in need of assistance. Just know, it's gonna be a workout. Your upper body will be feeling it, before the day's over. There is tons of fun and laughs for anyone of any age. I will definitely be back!!!

TreeRush Adventures is awesome. The reservation was great, and the employees were all very helpful and clearly enjoyed to be there. The head guy was also very funny and nice. Every route we climbed had differences, and they have a bunch of different difficulties too. It might seem pricey, but it really was worth the money. I highly recommend coming here.

Tree Rush is definitely one of my favorite things I've found to do in Omaha-- would recommend it for the whole family! Be warned-- the easiest levels (yellow) still require a decent amount of physical fitness and coordination. I would consider getting a season pass if I had kids in the right age range. Ladies- be sure to tie up your hair tightly in a bun or braid and wear at least a T shirt- no tank (there were a few places I got burned/cut by the wire under my arms in a tank top). Gardening gloves work really well for gripping the various ropes and wires and also help protect against germs! My only critique is that I think they could be a little bit more careful given the current situation with COVID, limiting visitors and spacing out appointment times a bit more.

Approach is a great climbing gym given the lack of sport climbing options in the Omaha area!…read more Although I don't live here, I do come often enough that it's a relief knowing they change their routes (by wall sections) regularly. They offer auto belay and top rope options--they do have bolts for leading too (short, 3-bolt routes). Additionally, they also have an area dedicated to just bouldering. The staff are always friendly and helpful. You'll occasionally see the owner with her dogs, too! Pricing is very reasonable and on par with most climbing gyms. If you plan on coming in during the week, pre book your climbing session online for a really great discount! Also, they do offer rental gear if you need it--shoes, harness, and chalk are all available. And you can also buy some gear if you're ready to commit. The only reason why I'm rating them 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because a lot of their intermediate and higher routes are reachy and there's not a short-person beta built into them. Even with this though, they are still the best public climbing gym in the Omaha/Lincoln metros!

We had a good experience today checking out this climbing gym with our toddler. There is a separate…read morekids room which is an awesome well thought out separate space for kids to explore with a slide, swing, some climbing walls and soft mats. It is probably more suited for kids aged five and up but my two year old (and 10 month old) were still happy to explore. The gym has a nice energy with vending machines with healthy snacks and people of all ages climbing. They offer punch cards for kids and trying out the gym is very reasonable (was $7 for us today). We will definitely add it to our rotation of cold weather Omaha activities for active kids! It is also nearby a few good Asian restaurants (Dumpling Empire and Korea Gardens).

If you have back issues you seriously need to start your Yoga journey and this place is where to start. Lisa the owner is an amazing teacher and such a kind soul. All of the instructors have been fantastic and care deeply about what they do. Karma offers a variety of classes, both heated and air conditioned. In the past year I've tried just about every type of class they offer and I've found what works for me. From relaxing and meditative, to high intensity, they have a class for you. They have 2 class studios. The larger room is mostly used for heated classes. It's a large space with 2 mirrored walls which is great for self corrections and being able to see the instructor no matter where you are in the room. I've never felt cramped in the large room, it's so big!! The 2nd room is much smaller and is air conditioned. This room can get a bit crowded at times but usually it's plenty of space. They have yoga mats you can use if you need, plus all the props you could possibly want or need during your practice. They also sell some really nice yoga mats and athletic clothes in the main entrance area. The only thing I would change if I could is I wish the men's shower/locker room was a bit less cramped. Not much they can do about this though due to the location. Really only 3 people can be in the men's room at a time due to the size of the space. There are 2 showers and some small cubicles for storing your bag and one chair. I cannot comment on the woman room area, but I believe it's a bit larger. Bottom line: If you are looking for a place to try yoga or a seasoned "Yogie" give this place a try!

I finally ventured to this yoga place today as I have been wanting to try here for a while. To try…read moreit out, I purchased their two weeks for $20. Not bad considering if I didn't like it, I only spent $20! (One class I believe is $13 or so). I was able to register for class online. On their website, they list all of the classes that are available and you are able to register for all of them online. Their classes range from 5:45 in the morning until 6:15 in the evening. There are many options for everyone. They also offer many different types of classes and when I went this morning, there were two going on at the same time. So, you have options, which is a plus! When you first walk in here, it is nice and spacious. You can see where you can put your shoes otherwise, there is a bathroom with cubbies where you can also put your things. They have yoga stuff on one of the walls that you can purchase. It is very clean and really, it's a calming atmosphere. The ladies that checked me in are super nice too. They made me feel really welcome even though I haven't done yoga in probably 2 years. The hot yoga class that I signed up for is pretty similar to others I have tried. The people in the class with me varied in skill and ability, which was nice. I didn't feel so bad. The instructor was also very helpful and made it possible for us to get what we needed out of the class. Another positive about Karma Yoga is that the hot yoga room, when you first walk in, smells like lavender! It took me by surprise since many hot yoga rooms do not smell particularly good at all! Right away, you are put into a calm mood. In all, I really loved my experience today and I honestly feel that I will extend my membership to longer than two weeks once my two weeks are up!
