This place is hidden upstairs in a building that looks like a medical office. It does not boast itself from the road, and you have to read signs once inside to figure out where to go. It is not handicap accessible from what I saw. Our game master was great, and very upfront about them being understaffed and running two games at once. The room was well put together with tough puzzles to solve. You need a lot of out of the box style thinking here. When they needed to help another room and were gone for a while, while we were looking for a helpful clue from them, they added the time they were gone to our room to make up for it. In the end we were successful and solved the White Lady's Castle room here.

Table was set-up nicely for the party. The staff was cheerful, friendly and accommodating. Here are some things to know: Pizza was from Salvatore's - when it was delivered, we were not notified. I had to go ask when they would be serving our pizza a few minutes after 8pm. They were like oh, it's here. It's in the warming rack. We didn't know you wanted it. I wasn't made aware that I had to ask for our pizza. Booking an end of the night party basically gave the kids at our party the place to themselves a little after 8pm. Nobody was there except us and the staff. This may change if the place becomes more popular. It is a much smaller venue compared to the trampoline parks in Rochester. One thing our kids said was that there weren't really any long trampolines to bounce on. Overall, it was a success. The glow aspect with the upbeat music definitely made it better for the older kids.I feel this park is geared for the younger kids. Though it is nice to have something closer to home.

I do not recommend created by us they have no care for their costumers and failed to keep track of my pottery.

The rooms were laid out well. The system of getting clues is fairly straightforward. The clues and rooms were fun. It felt a bit rehearsed telling you the rules, which are important. I think it would be nice to have more of an engaging experience with the staff. I will continue to support them and bring more people through. Hoping I don't feel like a number next time but like I'm actually in an experience. Other experiences I have done in California the staff is very animated and engaging. I'll start with some of the things I was less impressed with: 1) I understand the irony of my writing this review and saying this - but their reviews, ESPECIALLY Google reviews, should not be trusted. I was honestly appalled by the explicit solicitation of reviews. There were signs to "review us on Google" on EVERY pole in the building, and the poor employee had to give a speech (that was clearly mandatory) about "my manager really appreciates if you leave 5 star Google reviews blah blah blah" at the end of our experience. It was so uncomfortable and off putting. 2) The decor and entrance, as other reviewers have mentioned, leave a lot to be desired. The escape room itself was a-okay, but the waiting area and "party room" both felt very sparse and dungeony. If you're planning to book any kind of party here, I would go see the space prior to committing. The "party area" is back by the bathrooms and not private. The rest really was fun and wonderful! We had fun picking our team name, the employees were great and helpful and kind, and the room was the perfect blend of difficult and engaging. Overall, I would say go and enjoy. I don't know how it compares to competitors since this was my first escape room in years, but this is a solid option for dates and groups alike.

It also has a large bounce house, a small bicycle course, a foam block area, a sensory bin gem section and a pretty impressive water play area. I think the water play area was the most impressive part of the indoor playground. It was also nice to have a cafe in the middle with plentiful seating and a decent selection of kids snacks and foods (pizza, grilled cheese, sandwiches). Pricing I think was comparable to other indoor playgrounds, except they made me buy socks which was a bit annoying (I guess you can bring your own, but my girls were wearing sandals). It was about ~ $45 dollars for 2 kids, but unlimited time and I believe you can exit and come back later (which is another plus). Overall a good option on a rainy or snowy day to let the kids blow off some steam. My girls weren't THAT into the water play section, so I would probably be better off just going to the Strong Museum where we have an annual pass and has more activities.

I love Wickham farms!…read more I've been going here for 4 years and I feel like every year it gets busier (so that does definitely have a downside as the farm and parking lot get full), and they add more cute little things around the farm as well as more events. You're not allowed to bring any food or drinks in, but they now have enough food options that I think most could find something that works for them. The hot foods like burgers are pretty basic and remind me of school lunches, so they're a bit overpriced for what they are. The apple cider shakeups are the best though, and they also have great apple cider donuts and slushy. Highly recommend. Tickets are pretty expensive. If you're an adult without kids, it might be worth it to buy the full ticket pass (for apple picking and the fun farm area) once if you want to check it out, but in general I recommend buying the apple picking ticket only. You get to pick a bag of apples, take some cute pics in some of the areas set up for that purpose, and check out the pumpkins and the store, where you can buy the apple shakeup and donut. In the summer they also have flower picking events and the sunflower spectacular tickets which have also been a great time!

However, I bit the bullet and found the value($23.95 for barnyard tickets and $28.95 including apple picking) to be worthwhile as well as the selection of activities for all ages to be enjoyable. To every member of the staff that we approached, they were all very kind and informative. We got to enjoy the apple cider donuts, apple cider, pumpkin smash, and the ride to the apple orchards. We were surprised to see an event where they drop a large pumpkin high above ground, but it was very cool to watch (and wondered if this was because this was their last weekend of opening!)

Great place for a kids event and probably best for those with tumbling/cheer/gymnastics experience. The party was not activity led and more of a free for all, however, a nice break for kids to just do whatever they want. Turn on the music and let them go. Everything else was taken care of.

However, the monthly price of tuition is extremely, unreasonably expensive at $329/month with no added perks and a lot of additional out of pocket expenses. Tumbling lessons aren't even included. Your athlete will not be trained for higher level stunting or tumbling unless you pay $50-$75/m extra for those classes or privates. Be prepared to budget around 10K per year to have your athlete become an All Star Cheer member at this gym. No Sibling discounts are offered unless they are all on a team. Very disappointed with the comradery at competitions. The athletes get off stage and just disperse, leaving you to have to search for your child in a very large venue. After performances the CA crowd just disperses and are "seen but not heard". Very disappointed in the choreography and routines. They say they are the "Best of the Best", but do not produce competitive routines. Your athlete is required to spend an additional $350-$400 per season for 4 Rebel brand practice outfits (a sports bra and shorts). Youth and higher teams only attend 1-2 in state competitions and on average 5 out of state Competitions, including NCA in Dallas TX. Additional costs include, hotel, food and transportation to and from. If your athletes team receives a bid to Summit or worlds, be prepared to spend thousands on this event in Disney in Orlando Florida.
