The double slides going into the ball pit was definitely a hit, but the reading nook, costume area, grocery area, ice cream stand, kitchen, and cars were also a lot of fun. The hostess was kind and helpful, and it was a relief to have a couple hours of play without worrying much about clean up (though I definitely found myself picking up a few times ).

They open their doors at 10am and the floors are filthy. The carpets are filthy. The bathrooms are filthy. The area near the lockers....filthy! Arcade area.... Filthy. Tons of garbage, tons of wads of old gum....... No one cares in this place. Why??? Probably because the staff consists of a bunch of young kids on their cell phones. Never have I seen the staff members leave the front desk. Never see them walking around keeping an eye on patrons.... Or caring about about the garbage and dirtiness patrons encounter. I might expect some of this filthiness on a weekend when you're jampacked with parties and kids off from school.... But Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday..... best get to cleaning please. I think Nova in Greece gonna give you a run for your money.

When I stepped outside to see what was happening, the cashier actually yelled at me to go back inside and watch my kids, as if she could tell me what to do. To make it worse, they couldn't even tell us how much the adult fee was because it's not posted anywhere, and their website even says adults are free with a paid child admission. Very disappointing.

Last time my daughter was having a typical toddler meltdown because we had to leave (they close at 1pm) and one of the employees suggested she take a book from the shelf with her to help the transition of leaving. We didn't take one, but that was so thoughtful of her and I really appreciated it. I have nothing but great things to say about this place! :)

We didn't open the gifts because the kids absolutely wanted to go back and play more before they left. All the kids jumped, climbed and jumped in ball pits, so did a few of the "big" kids. There are plenty of seating options all around, we chose the massage chairs (accepts cash or cards). When it was time for pizza they announce your party. We had a room on the side. There were picnic tables in there and cubbies for the shoes and a small fridge for drinks. When the kids checked in for the party they all got skid proof socks to wear in the park. Plenty of time for pizza, cake and presents.
