So let's cut straight into the meat and potatoes guys. This was my first escape room. My girlfriend had done one before. We had an AMAZING TIME. When booking we decided to choose Billy's Nightmare (their hardest non-competitive room). We had no idea that the difficulty level was going to be that high. We actually cleared it (with clues) with a time of 59 minutes exactly. It was fun, challenging, immersive, and the dimmed lighting paired with the thunderstorms and occasional cries for help from Billy created this eerie atmosphere that definitely enhanced the experience. We knew that we only had an hour, but we explored and searched and never felt pressured or rushed. We even found puzzles that weren't essential to the escape, but were added to steal time and throw you off course. I loved that! It ads an element of prioritization to the game. At around the 15-minute mark our game master came in and helped us get back on the right track. I wasn't expecting that, but he told us that the biggest and most important thing is that he wanted us to see it through to the end. We loved that. Mixed thoughts on this business. I have done two of the escape rooms here. Both times I would of appreciated a bit more from the initial welcome and not so conveyer belt feeling. The rooms were laid out well. The system of getting clues is fairly straightforward. The clues and rooms were fun. It felt a bit rehearsed telling you the rules, which are important. I think it would be nice to have more of an engaging experience with the staff. I will continue to support them and bring more people through. Hoping I don't feel like a number next time but like I'm actually in an experience. Other experiences I have done in California the staff is very animated and engaging. You feel like they are part of it. It's a nice touch to feel that connection. read more

Debated between three and four stars here, but went with four since my partner and I did have SO much fun together escaping as a duo. I'll start with some of the things I was less impressed with: 1) I understand the irony of my writing this review and saying this - but their reviews, ESPECIALLY Google reviews, should not be trusted. I was honestly appalled by the explicit solicitation of reviews. There were signs to "review us on Google" on EVERY pole in the building, and the poor employee had to give a speech (that was clearly mandatory) about "my manager really appreciates if you leave 5 star Google reviews blah blah blah" at the end of our experience. It was so uncomfortable and off putting. 2) The decor and entrance, as other reviewers have mentioned, leave a lot to be desired. The escape room itself was a-okay, but the waiting area and "party room" both felt very sparse and dungeony. If you're planning to book any kind of party here, I would go see the space prior to committing. The "party area" is back by the bathrooms and not private. The rest really was fun and wonderful! We had fun picking our team name, the employees were great and helpful and kind, and the room was the perfect blend of difficult and engaging. Overall, I would say go and enjoy. I don't know how it compares to competitors since this was my first escape room in years, but this is a solid option for dates and groups alike. read more

My work team came to Omega for team building. It's a bit different than other escape rooms I've been to. They have a touch pad in the escape room with optional clues and answers as well as a game master. It's a bit more low key than other escape rooms with the optional hints. We somehow skipped a step in our escape room (by using the hints) so we escaped but didn't do it the "right" way. Overall it was an immersive and enjoyable experience. read more

We had a ball there was 7 of us , plan on doing it again. We did Billy's nightmare we almost got out. Got it off Groupon big saves.

My family of adults came here to celebrate a 21st birthday. There were 6 of us (two of which had been here before) ready for some fun. And fun we had!! It was such an exciting, fun experience that was over way too quick. The host was informative and helpful and quick to provide assistance if needed. When we were done we all agreed that this was the most fun we've had lately and that we would definitely come back. read more

This isn't a review of the game itself because I didn't participate in that. I was there with my 13-year-old daughter and her 3 friends; they were the 4 that were participating. All was going well until late in the game, one of the girls in our party accidentally lifted a piece of plexiglass that was on a table and it broke (the Plexiglas was thin and very poorly secured to the table with sharp edges). This wasn't done with excessive force; she was thinking she was following the instructions of the game which told them to open up the table or something to that affect. The girls, responsibly called in the game manager and let them know they accidentally broke the plexiglass. Josh proceeded to berate the 13-year-old girls, who did not have an adult present with them, about the damage. He threatened them that they'd be responsible, and it would be $100 to repair. This is obviously not how you handle correspondence with a child as an adult, and the girl that broke the plexiglass was brought to tears by this manager. He continued to be indignant to me and I asked if I could speak to someone else, he gave me the owners cell phone number and told me to call him the next day to discuss. Later that night, I checked my credit card and they had charged my credit card an additional $100 for the repair of this $10 piece of plexiglass. This was without me speaking to owner as promised. The whole situation was handled very unprofessionally so I'd be aware and give my money to another escape room in the area because this one is clearly poorly managed and run. (The manager also mentioned this was not the first time someone has broken this piece of plexiglass, this is obviously something they need to address). UPDATE: The owner reviewed the situation and refunded the $100 that was charged to my credit card. He handled the situation professional and for that I will give him kudos. read more

Honestly really fun, and once ur inside it's good, but the entrance feels a little sketch tbh. People are nice and friendly, and I did the rooms where you race another group of your friends and that was really fun (winner). read more

We escaped!!! This place has a combination of old school and new tech., which is nice. Clues were available in demand and it was a good thing because it was challenging. People were very friendly and helpful. We did not do any of the VR experiences so I cannot comment on that. read more

By far one of our favorite escape rooms. We did "Billy's Nightmare" Great game master. Fun challenges. The only reason it's not a five is that there is NO AIR Conditioning!!! It got incredibly uncomfortable in the rooms. Also be warned of use of strobe light that does NOT turn off. Made me feel nauseous. read more

Hell ya guys. Josh was great. Will be back soon for an "easier" room considering we only made it through 75% of the last one. Its okay if you get stumped on a clue because you can move on the next one without missing out on much of the experience with a quick hint or the answer, if you want.
