This office told me I had a whopping 16 cavities. The estimate was many thousands of dollars. I went to a third dentist for a second opinion, and they gave me the same result as my original dentist: a few stains, maybe a few spots to watch, but no cavities. They were flabbergasted and appalled by the opinion of this office. Furthermore, the office failed properly assess my insurance company with my provider, and undercharged me for the visit. They are now currently hounding me for the balance, despite not quoting it originally. They have made false accusations that the doctor went over this difference with me, which is a direct conflict with their own confusion regarding the insurance coverage. I am now preparing to engage in a legal dispute with this office. Avoid this provider at all costs. This is simply a money driven operation devoid of ethics and disinterested in patient care.
